Had an encounter with the agent at the Fourways branch. They do not do viewings after 4pm. Most people work during these times. Her attitude was "sorry, can not assist you". Absolutely terrible attitude and no customer care!
I wish I could put in 0 stars! We have installed fibre on Wednesday and it is still not activated. They close support tickets without solving the issue! Their installers and customer care are incompetent and unhelpful! New tickets are logged but now it will take 72 hours before escalation. Their process is so frustrating! Absolutely ridiculous that we have to deal with these kind of service providers! Just be better!
I have cancelled my contract with MTN and moved to prepaid. However I can not make or receive calls. I have called MTN 4 times already and still no help. I was told I can not speak to a manager and that I should purchase another sim card. I have had my number for about 16 years now. Changing a number is a big deal and I should not have to do that because of the incompetence of other people. This is unacceptable.
My husband and I experienced very poor service level at Ster-Kinekor at Bayside Mall. The movie that we had choosen did not work and we were given vouchers. The next day we went back to watch the movie and had asked if it was repaired and they assured us it would work and sold further tickets to other consumers. Needless to say the movie did not work and all we heard were excuses. It was a frustrating experience. Please train your employees and management on how to better handle situations like this.
We recently had a birthday lunch at Moyo Kirstenbosch and we were so happy with the service. All the staff were so friendly and accommodating. The food was great. A truly incredible afternoon at Moyo.
I have applied for vehicle finance with FNB! I have not received any feedback. When I try to call I am placed on hold for long periods of time. When I try to call FNB for general info my call is cut! I am really frustrated and disappointed with the terrible service!
After having the worst experience at Tandem Hair Salon that ruined my hair, I walked straight into Ego and Co to fix my hair. The stylist Nina was so kind and understanding. She fixed my hair to the best of her ability and it looks so much better. Thank you.
I had a medium length blunt bob and went in for a trim with long layers because I have naturally wavy hair and the layers would look nice if I had to leave my hair to dry naturally. The hair stylist (I think her name is Natalie) paid no attention to what I wanted done with my hair and completely ruined my hair. I left the salon in tears with a cut that looked terrible. It ended up being a sort if mullet cut that she had curled and I looked like a poodle. Her attitude was disgusting throughout the experience and it became my fault that the cut was ****. She was rude and actually did not care that she ruined my beautiful hair. It seemed as if she did not want to be at work that day. She was also constantly shouting at the other lady that works at Tandem washing hair.
Terrible customer service I reside in a complex that uses SADV and they have always given us terrible service. The telephone that we use, always has some type of issue. There is never a manager to talk to. The call centre on a weekend is useless. This is a shot service and I do not recommend anyone use this company for fibre.
My SADV landline has not being working for the whole of last week. My husband and I have been calling them to repair the telephone. And it is still not repaired. I am tired of calling these people and explaining to them what the issue is. When I call I get a bad attitude and arguments on why I am frustrated instead of the telephone being repaired. We have also planned for them to come to my home and that did not happen. This is frustrating and I would change my service provider and pay someone else for a better customer service.
