<p>I have been battling to get my husband s chronic medication ( PMB) registered since January. I have sent numerouse mails to the various departments, including the Comminications manager. Its May already, nothing was done. We pay the medication monthly out of our pockets. I have never ever experienced such poor, inefficient and ineffective service ! The departments clearly dont communicate with each other. I have forwarded the complaint to the CEO.</p> <p>I hope my complaint be addressed since my next step would be CMS.</p>
<p>I posted a complaint regarding the bonus airtime rip off. I was then contacted by Mr Rudi Le Roux. He was very friendly, efficient and supportive. He explained in depth what went wrong with my transaction. Above all, he gave me the bonus airtime. I am very grateful! Thank you for restoring my confidence in Vodacom.</p> <p>Appreciated.</p>
<p>I recharged my account but never received the bonus airtime of R150 as per promotion. I called the customer service and was told that a consultant will look at it. The next day I received a sms stating that I used the so called bonus airtime on the internet. Was not true, my data was off. I went to the Vodacom outlet in Silverton, they could not show me the sites which I was supposed to visit.</p> <p>How sad, sies!!Imagine !!</p> <p>I am planning to use all my data and then go to another service provider.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
<p>I bought 5 GUESS handbags in ****et, Jungceylon (at Robinson) and Pattaya (Central Festival). The leather from its handles has started coming out from all sides. The quality is so poor!<br />I live in South Africa and dont know where to take these bags for repair.</p>
<p>This salon is advertising Thai massages which are very very costly. When we got there, no thai the******s in sight. We were met by local south african ladies who were taught by the Boss how to massage? The the****** who did my feet was so inexperienced. My husband also complained that the full body massage was actually a waste of time!!</p> <p> </p>

<p>On the 18/10/2016, I posted a complaint on Hellopeter. On the 19/10/2016, I was contacted by Lee Stone from Avis Claims department, who promised that my claim would be settled "as soon as possible". Today the 27/10/2016, still no response from her . This is a joke !</p>

<p>My car was bumped by an Avis vehicle on 28 July 2016.</p> <p>Up till today, I am struggling to get my car repaired despite all documentation submitted to Avis.</p> <p>The customer service is so bad, you battle to speak to someone. I have sent so many emails but nothing is happening.</p> <p>This is the worst customer service I ever experienced in my life!!</p>
