It was the best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle
It was the best experience ever when purchasing a vehicle. From the application all teh way to the delivery of the vehicle to my house. Everything was seamless and the staff members are the best. All the promises made were kept. Bianca and Leon from the finance team were nothing but wonderful. Leandri was exceptional in always keeping me posted and thank you to George for the delivery of my vehicle. It is everything that was advertised and I took a gamble in not viewing the vehicle beforehand and it was well worth the gamble. Thank you Koos and Mike team. Keep up the great work.1 reply

Shocking customer service from the accounts dept.
Dealing with the accounts department at Virgin Active is the most painful thing ever. The service levels are shocking, I got through to an agent who decided to put me on hold till I gave up simply because they wouldn`t assist me. Another agent decided to drop the call.
