The call center agents are rude and can't do their jobs. I've been holding on for 30min to report a fault only for the agent to answer and say she can't help me cause I'm at the wrong department (not true) and then puts me through to the same department I was holding on for in the first place which means she was just to lazy to help. They should not be paid salaries but rather paid per call they tend to maybe then they will do their work properly. I'm running a business and we have had almost no internet for the whole day and you call for assistance and these lazy ass people don't want to help you cause they sitting in their pj's at home sipping on tea or something. **** SERVICE TELKOM!!!!
I would like to lay a complaint against the King Pie branch situated at The Mall in King Williams Town. I am also a tenant at The Mall and I go to King Pie on a regular bases as well as my staff. But after this mornings experience I will never set foot in that place and I will advice my staff to do the same. They refused to make me chips but it is on your menu. The excuse is they don't have a casual in yet. What do you have staff for if they have to have a casual make the chips. This is pathetic to say the least.
I would like to lay a complaint against the King Williams Town technical team who are responsible for fixing problems with our internet line. My fault reference number is ********** 1. I took up TELKOMS 10mbs Unlimited special for R807 per month which was installed in February but since my installation I have been having endless problems with the internet line because it is dead slow, not the speed I'm paying for at all. In fact it is slower than what it was when I had a 4mbs line. When the technician came to do the installation I told him it must be done on a new line as the line I had at that time was faulty but he was to lazy to install a new line so HE went and did the installation on the old line assuring me that I will not have any problems. He also mentioned that the box outside is very old and outdated and must be replaced with a new one which still has not been done. I've been reporting the problem numerous times and every time I will receive an sms to say the problem has been resolved but the problem still persists. And till date I have not yet been contacted by any technician but yet they say that they have been to my premises and that the problem has been resolved. How is this possible if they have not been able to enter my premises to test the line. When I phone the call center they say the line does not sync and I am running under a guest account and not under my profile which means the King Williams Town technicians are lying to say that they have resolved the problem. My 2 Cellphone contracts and my company line is with Telkom and I spend over R4000 per month with Telkom but if this kind of service and problems persist then I will have to go to another service provider. I would like to request that this issue be resolved by Friday the 12th of April 2019 as I have been patient enough and don't want to spend another weekend without proper internet.
NOT DELIVERED ON TIME!!! My understanding in the business world is that you should under promise and over deliver not the other way around. But I don't think Takealot understands this principal. Two of my orders came a day after the promised delivery date, in fact I'm still waiting for my order to arrive which was 1st due on the 16th then delivery date was changed to the 18th and today is the 19th and still nothing... I've phoned them twice and they promised to get back to me and I still haven't heard anything from them, another promise not kept... Looks like Takealot is in the habit of making promises they can't keep...
What can be done with regards to Telkom phoning me every 2nd day to sell me a promotion.... I've requested them to please stop phoning me because I don't want another phone contract but they keep ignoring me. I know the Consumer Protection Act states I have a right to privacy which means the following and I quote "Consumers have a right to refuse unwanted direct marketing such as telephone calls, sms’s, spam e-mail or letters. Once opted out the supplier is not entitled to continue any unsolicited direct marketing." I've asked them numerous times to stop contacting me but they won't so I will have to take this matter further if I receive one more call!!!!!!!!!!!
I went to fill up at the Shell Petrol Station in King Williams Town and it seems as if they have very incompetent staff. It took them 20min before someone eventually attended to me and this is not the 1st time. They the closest petrol station to me but I would rather drive to another filling station before going there cause they just keep on disappointing me. Rather go to Total Garage if you want to do yourself a favour.
<p>When ever you go to PnP King Williams Town to buy some thing that is on special you are guaranteed that they wont have any stock for that item. It happens every single time, not just once or twice but every time you go to that store. But when the special is over they are fully stocked in that item that you couldn't get when it was on special. This to me looks like they are holding back stock and then selling it when the special is over so that they can make more profit. I hope this is not the case, or maybe it's just bad management? Who knows? All I know is I wont advice any one to shop at PnP King Williams Town because you leave disappointed every time.</p>
<p>I renewed my cell phone contract which was with Telkom thinking I'm dealing with Telkom directly only to find out that it is SELL DIRECT. I received the phone on the 9th of Sept 2016 and have been trying to get it activated since and still till today, the 6th of January 2017, my sim is still not activated. They say that my account shows suspended but I have phoned Telkom numerous times and they say that my account is up to date and I have given the same message to SELL DIRECT but still they have done nothing. They give me the same story every time and every time I tell them what Telkom has said. I DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO ANY MORE AS THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT AND UN WILLING TO HELP...</p>
<p>I placed an order with this company on the 7th of October with full payment made up front, but I still have not received my order. They can't even tell me if its been couriered or not which by the way I had to pay them extra for delivery. Not even the General Manager can give us serive. Absolutely HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!</p>
