When you close an account with Telkom they mysteriously create another account from nowhere and its impossible to talk to any one at Tel;kom about it. Simply put absolutely nothing works at Telkom. No help desk, no assistance. They should be bankrupt in 4 years. The FD and the COO should be fired
2 year contact comes to an end, they send an email as a "call to action" which all it allows you to do is fill in a stupid form for someone to contact you and obviously no one does. In the mean time they charge you month amount which is R200 more and they claim they a high tech digitalised company. Go to Netflix. They must go bankrupt in due course
UPS has to be the worst Courier Company in South Africa. No one answers there emails and no one answers the phone. No different to the City of Johannesburg and yet it is a listed USA company. Unbelievable. I would love to discuss my interaction with the CEO but I dont think he exists.
No one answers their phone. Call 0807425877 and see for yourself. Its worse then CoJ. How can they stay in business if they do not exist for the customer.
Bought ticket via Ticketmaster for Jim Jeffreys Pretoria and although they have taken your money it’s impossible for them to deliver the ticket using their App. No phone number to phone, help desk works Monday to Friday. I possible to solve the problem and you spend an hour trying to solve there problems. How can anyone trust them to run an event
The biggest ***** is allowing American Express to sell you Travellers Cheques. They are not accepted anywhere in South Africa, and its impossible to cash them out at any American Express as they seem to have left South Africa. The biggest *****. They sit on your cash for ever and then literally ***** the the dollars from you by preventing you from cashing them. I cannot believe a USD listed company can behave like this. Obviously their call center does not work either. Try phone 0800 991 021, you never get through. Their marketing promises you you can cash any where in the world. That's a lie and a ***** imposed on ordinary people. How can they still exist in business.
City of Cape Town is in breach of the Constitution. You buy a flat. The transferring attorney gets your r City Of Cape Town rates account which you pay every month. SAproperty.com advise you that the levies include water and electricity. Suddenly City of CT get access to the block of flats Mullerhof and put a blue seal on your electricity box as your account is in arrears. No warning although they send a rates and taxes account to an email address. No one trys to contact you to say they have made a mistake and not allocated water and lights to your account which you pay every month. How are you as an individual supposed to locate the missing account or find out who authorised the blue seal???? NO LEGAL PROCESS FOLLOWED. The ANC should take over. I don't think they can do a worse job
Phoning in to Woolworths help desk is as bad as phoning City of Johannesburg. They give you all the options and after 5 selections (which wastes your time so they can employ less people ) when you in theory at the correct department the call goes dead. Also policy is when your credit card is ready for collection at a store you should receive a sms, i received none. Also every time you phone them the call gets killed which appears to be on the operators whim. They clearly have the wrong people running the operations side of the call center as all this should be appearing in a myriad of reports or they just choose to ignore it as they do not care about the customer. Very frustrating. Obviously this goes hand in hand with complaints email not being answered. Completely and utterly hopeless. No one can help you, you log a call which automatically gets closed after 3 days and impossible to speak to anyone from Head Office. French arrogance and incompetence at its best. Trying to get a Jojo tank delivered with the correct truck and undamaged Jojo tank seems impossible.
<p>Due to some back office error Woolworths place my Black credit card Under Administration. Ten days later after trying every day it is still impossible to speak to the correct person who can fix it. Is it possible that they can be so bad?</p>
