Nedbank forgot the deal.
Nedbank has seen its days. The reason we pay so much is for better service. Onle this left now... Overpriced and so hard to work with and the call center is always busy and you get sent from pillar to the next incompetent pillar. The banks have queues for hours and looks like it has fallen into disrepair (Centurion Mall). No help there either. Draconian comes to mind. No more service, only suppression of customer rights. They must imagine that they can carry on like this, I'm leaving them happily after 20 years. Other banks are happy to move your accounts without trouble. Just IFY.

Hate it when courier companies lies
I ordered a birthday present for my 8 year old and paid for fast delivery. I now phoned them as the website is so difficult to use only to hear excuses that is not true at all. Very disappointing and seeing that Cotton On uses them as courier they also lost my business.

Service you desirve
<p>Clarks Shoes Centurion mall has ladies working there that will help you find the shoe you can only dream about and make it fit. Like little faerie godmothers with the most love and care they never push but only advise and try their best to know your needs. I congratulate you, all the sales ladies that helped me today, you all deserve a special thank you. You were all so gracious in helping me and you worked like a team. You made a customer for ever. Big special thank you ladies.</p>

Worst service ever!
<p>I am in the market to buy new shoes for the summer. Went looking where I usually get my size in shoes that is a size 8.5 to 9. There were 2 ladies working in front of the store with another one in the back. Distressingly they lost interest in me in about 5 minutes and I had to wait and wait till they would help me. I was in the store for 30 minutes trying to get helped. I basically had to wait an beg for other options. I was quite desperate to find something as all my shoes were ruined by my dogs... I had to keep asking them for help even though there were no other customers in the store till they told me to go to the new store next door named Clarks,!!! I could not believe it! So they lost out on sales of R8000.00 and all other sales from now on seeing they could fit my size and will order shoes from other stores just for me that I can come fit tomorrow. I will tell all my friends about this new store and the treatment I got from this Green Cross store.</p>
