Purchased a tony and guy hair dryer less than 6 months ago..which has a 5 year warranty..the hair dryer was intimitent working and I went to advise the issue to the manager ..she refused to exchange the device ..I had advised her the device was still under 6months and as per CPA I am entitled to a new device or a refund..she advised the unit must be broken completely for her to take it in ..she did not want to assist me in other way..as I advised the issue was intermittent. Cashiers in the store were not willing to assist me either...absolute terrible service ...they chase customers away so they don't have to do their job ...
<p>Came to taco Zulu on Florida road.. ordered meal..</p> <p>30 min later pizza returns with hairs underneath the coranda leaves on my pizza..</p> <p>if I didn't lift the leafs of my pizza I wouldn't have notice..</p> <p> </p> <p>after notifying my waitress she removes the pizza and tells me to wait another 25 minutes.. and comes back to me and tells me that the manager requests to remove the piece with the hair and discount my pizza??</p> <p> </p> <p>i was like??</p> <p>are you serious??</p> <p>what question is this???</p> <p> </p> <p>i requested a brand new pizza..</p> <p> </p> <p>the manager comes to apologies and I asked him if he was the manager as he didn't address himself quiet well.. and asked him about the question he apposed to me through his waitress??</p> <p>why could he not come to me once it once it was brought to his attention..</p> <p>was this not a health issue ??</p> <p>i guess not!!!</p> <p> </p> <p>i am so upset as this is my 4th day in taco this week and I have always had great food and service but today's experience just was unexceptable as they didn't take my issue serious ..</p> <p> </p> <p>Upset customer..</p>
<p> </p> <p>Good day Mr Wayne Brand</p> <p> </p> <p>I trust you are well, as per our telephonic conversation this morning.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today my boyfriend and myself decided to visit your KFC store in the gateway mall for breakfast as I was in a rush for work,</p> <p> </p> <p>I called in at 8:55am and spoke to the manager who was in charge that had taken my order.</p> <p> </p> <p>2 breakkys</p> <p>2 mash and gravy</p> <p>And 4 wings.</p> <p> </p> <p>I walked into the store and advised the cashier ZANDILE I had just called and she processed my order right after. We then paid at 9:05am with receipt number 314 and then I looked at the receipt and saw that she had charged us far to cheap and that something was wrong, I looked at the receipt and saw that she billed me for the wrong meal all together,.</p> <p> </p> <p>1 AM riser</p> <p>1 mash and gravy</p> <p>And 4 wings</p> <p> </p> <p>I soon advised the cashier I had just called place the order and it was wrong and if she could do something about it, she said she was going to call her manager ,</p> <p>She then came back and said she could make an exception and that if I paid the difference she could assist me which I was ok with , receipt 316 at 9.05am .We were still willing to take the existing meal and add on what we originally wanted.</p> <p> </p> <p>Zandile was very helpful and understood the situation and we were quiet content that she did try , effort was there and we appreciate her service rendered.</p> <p> </p> <p>Soon after NITESH the manager came and spoke to us, he came off as rude and was all against even trying to assist us, we tried to explain ,he didn’t even try to control the situation but said he cant do anything and provoked us with his attitude , we were upset told him he was rude and told him to keep the meal that we would take our money and leave, receipt 318 at 9:11am .</p> <p>yes we were upset and yes language was used, we were frustrated with the poor services we receive then Zandile did tell him that its ok she handled the situation and that we had paid the difference but he kept talking and not understanding us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was very upset because we were ok up until he came with his attitude , babbling and not listening</p> <p> </p> <p>I then left to work and my boyfriend went to eat in the store where he said he did call you to tell you about this experience, and speak to the manager with regards</p> <p>My boyfriend was removed from your store as NITESH layed a complaint with gateway security.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was called to the charge office and had to leave my busy store to attend to this whole situation and tell security how your kfc manager had treated us.</p> <p> </p> <p>I am also in the service industry and this is not what you call service, I have spoke to your manager face to face and I am sorry I also have a manager in my store and he does not treat our customers this way. if we had people in the industry like this our success would be out of the door,</p> <p> </p> <p>This is not the way you treat your patrons, it is unacceptable.</p> <p>This is not the first time I have an issue with this store in fact it is the second time with a similar issue and I assure you that after everything I have been put through today you will never see me in any of your kfc stores, I used take great liking to the meals but rest assure I will not step foot in another store,</p> <p> </p> <p>Word of mouth is powerful and I genuinely think your manager needs more training.</p> <p> </p> <p>CUSTOMER SERVICE PLEASE</p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for reading this email as I am utterly disturbed with regards to this entire issue.</p> <p> </p> <p>WORST EXPERIENCE!</p> <p> </p> <p>Patiently awaiting your response..</p> <p> </p> <p>AND STILL NO RESPOND FROM REGIONAL MANAGER OF KFC?????????????</p> <p> </p> <p>DEAF EARS!!!!!</p> <p> </p>
