Good day It's me again. I never received any feedback on my previous complaint from KFC umphakathi mall. Same story of ordering family sharing 8piece. Something always have to be short. It is so annoying. I placed an order today and the small burgers were missing. The meat looks too dry. How is this good service. Someone take time to contact me on this nonsense as its really frustrating me. This is not a good image on KFC nor the delivery service we use. Its disgusting.
Hi Nothing annoys me as placing an order as per image and the delivery comes short of things. I placed an order today with KFC umphakathi mall,8peace family sharing. However as I opened my delivery it was short of chips and snack burgers. The appetite was then lost as this is frustrating. This is not the service Im expecting to receive for the money paid. This is not the first I have received such bad service and its really frustrating.
I feel like take-a-lot is failing me all the time. I just recently tried to be a new customer. The fist time I bought breast pums and there was an issue with delivery which I had to fight for because I could not wait for another day. Now on the 18th I bought a baby cot and oaid for same day deliver,however the product was incomplete, I had to follow the return policy,Im at the hospital and vould only take it to the collection point on the 24th. I am still waiting for the product I have purchased,and still no communication is made. I beleive this has to be an emergency as they could see I made a same day delivery option. For how long do I need to wait for the product?I'm totally not impressed with the service this company has given me so far. I would like to do another purchase yet how do I do it if Im still waiting for my product. Arg sis maan Im ****ed and I want my product to be sent to the collection point today!!!
I have never been so ****ed with take a lot. I placed an order on the 25th for a reason. I expect my delivery to take place today 29th of April 2024. Yesterday I receive an email that they gabe my parcel to the wrong courier. So who has to bear the consequence of that, me??? I want my parcel today before 5pm as they have promised. Kempton park is not another country that they would be unable to deliver to randfontein. I need to go back to the hospital today before 7pm with my parcel and they changed my delivery date to the 2nd of May. Im so flippen ****ed cause an idiot who cant to their job well has compromised me and nothing is been done by it instead I have to accept that it is ok for the delayed delivery. Bring my parcel TODAY!!!!
Good day I'm so disappointed with Nandos. It seems I keep getting a horrible service each time I try to give them a benefit of a doubt because I really love Nandos food. I always place an order with Nandos randfontein and opt for collection, however if the chicken is not burnt on their hot pots, then either a packet of chips goes missing. The last time I was so angry cause I bought for R600, yet the hot pots were full of burnt meat, and my salad was nowhere to be found. Today same thing. I bought food for over R 400, the salad is not there. How is my family suppose to eat without a full nandos meal as shown in your adverts and pictures. Who takes the salads then. Why am I paying so much for always being disappointed. Is it because I'm in a hurry and that I trust y'all so much that I just grab my food and drive back home now this is the thank u service I always receive??I never go to this store and buy for less than R200, but u treat me like a customer who only buys for R40. Im sick and tired of this nonsense. I want a much better service and from now on Ill be checking my food, one by one while in the shop and advising other customer how much of robsters you are. I paid for a pulled chicken and cheese pita to taste it because Im craving for it today. The picture is nowhere the same as the thing you made for me yet u still charged me R89 for it. its so dry, no cheese, only filled 1 side...very flat with not much ingredients on it as if u gave me someone else's left covers. I hate this and Im so damn annoyed. La ntlwaela lona ka bona. This wont be the 1st complaint nor the last. Im so damn annoyed because I always water my petrol for collection. Imagine driving all the way from Toekomsrus and get disappointed. This is my money, if your staff cant get it right, then u better do something about it. In so freaked annoyed. Now how are supposed to eat this nonsense???tell me!!!!for someone who spends more than 200 everytime when I come to buy, sis!!!! I want reimbur*****t for such filthy treatment that's been happening for the past 3 orders I have made. Sis.
I am very disappointed with the "no service at all" I received from ABSA Randfontein (Village Square) on Saturday 3/07/2021. I first went to ABSA Tambotie Mall, I saw a notice placed on the door to say they are temporarily closed due to COVID-19 and should go to ABSA in Village Square. I got at the branch in Village Square at around10:15am. As I took my place on the que, the woman in front of me tells me the que was cut off at 10:00am and they are no longer taking in "Clients". I went to Crystell George( I hope I am saying the name correctly) an employee of ABSA Bank who was scanning her on time clients to ask her what was going on. She didn't hesitate to tell me not to que because the line has already been cut off. To my utmost surprise she said to me that is how they operate because they close at 11:00am.I looked at their Banking Operating hours it says 8:00 if not 8:30 until 11:00 am for Saturdays. I felt crushed and devastated to the total inconvenience I was faced with at that time, I needed money to run off my funeral errands and someone from the Bank tells me they cut off the que at 10:00am yet there is no notice of that on their door to say "whoever wants to be helped should be at the branch before 10:00am to avoid cut off". We know that there is COVID, even so we need better treatment from our banks. I work for a bank, never do we cut off people before operating hours end, I visit shops, never was I was cut off before their operating hours end. Being informed is better than being played for a fool. This is so disgusting about the behavior of employees and off their strategy of wanting to knock off early. Many Clients there were so upset and inconvenienced, that the other couple said they even came on Friday but were cut off an hour before half past 3pm. This is ridiculous service we getting from ABSA, write a notice on your doors and send us messages to say you do not allow customers in your premises an hour before closing time. This clearly shows no one is concerned about me "a client" but rather the employees. Cut the que at 11:00am or make us aware of how you operate and stop playing us for fools. I will be sending more complaints should this not be rectified.

I seriously fail to understand why I should be paying more money in order for them to close my credit card on the mistakes they keep on doing on my account and failure to be compatible enough to do their job as I have requested and as they have promised to do from the beginning when I requested closure of the account as I knew I wont be having anymore money to fund the damn credit card. So why do they keep on requesting to extort more money from me whereas I have made necessary payments. They are really failing to do their job and are blaming it on me the customer. Let them reach out for the recordings when I made multiple phone calls to their stupid consultants who failed to do their job even the necessary person who is dealing with this flippen matter. How do u charge me service fees when I transferred your money in your account for u to close the damn card, so what more money are u requesting from me when I am as unemployment as I am. Stop playing and go through whatever it is that u need to do soberly so u can do a even more better job. Why do u debit my cheque accou t still when u have your settlement in the account. I want my R100 unpaid service fee for that debit order be reversed. And stop requesting unnecessary funds from me cause I AM NOT WORKING, I DONT GET INCOME. HAD U DONE YOUR JOB ON THE 26TH OF SEPTEMBER 2016 WHEN U RECEIVED FUNDS FROM ME WE WOULDNT BE HAVING THIS TALK. U ARE FAILING ME BIG TIME AND IM TRULY UNHAPPY WITH THE SERVICE. I ran around like a headless chicken trying to let us communicate woth regards to whats happening an no one had the decensy to tell me about etra cash im should be paying instead everyone told me all will be written off and the card will be closed sorry for the inconvenience cost mam but the matter will be escalated for urgent closure. <p>I have a credit card with fnb...I am no longer working so I decided to settle most debt I have with the little money I had. On the 26th of sep I called the fnb credit card division asking for a settlement amount as I wanted the account be closed. I received the amount and made a transfer which I made another call to their retention dep like I had been told when I asked for the settlement. They told me all seems to be fine and the account will closed. I called them again on the 3rd of october ,all this is for the year 2016, asking why do I still the credit card on my internet banking and the consultant told me they will escalate it as urgent closure cause all is well and they do see I phoned in requesting closure. Non of this happened,about another week I checked whether it was closed I realised they still haven't closed and I have charges on it already which I'm not willing to pay cause had they done what I requested from the beginning and as they have promised to do we wouldn't be in this situation now. I had to visit the randfontein branch as its nearer to me still asking for help and was told all will be sorted out. Now I have serious charges I AM NOT GOING PAY, as the stupid credit card divisio tried to debit 800 from my fnb cheque acc and caused me unpaid charges which I want reversed and the charges on my credit card canceled cause I won't pay for something I asked long ago to be closed.
