Worst Poor, Bad, **** ................................ etc. You can only rate something if you receive a service, unfortunately there is no minus score available. I have been trying to let this part of our lives go since 2018 without success. After various cancelation emails, phone calls our membership is still not being cancelled. Now I get threatening email saying they going to hand me over to their lawyers GTA promise the world but could not provide any better option when we wanted to boo flight or accommodation local or abroad. Dear Authorizations I would just like to inquire as Faerieglen Life hospital is one of your preferred hospitals so I as member can go to the hospital and get operated n but the DR is not allowed to use Computer assisted surgery (CAS). So Keyhealth does not promote new technology for operations and must more speedy recovery for there members ??? But your are happy to take members money every month for years on end but you want to be stuck in the 18th century for operation methods ? Please advice Telani Strydom 0822022108 Non-DSP prosthesis quotation by Advanced Orthopaedics received for R36000-00 (Incl VAT) and will be funded as it falls within DSP reference price. Stealth station/ stereotactic procedure not authorised. Only a general assistant x1 (modifier 0009) will be funded. Computer assisted surgery (CAS) is not funded by KeyHealth. Cutting blocks for patient specific prosthesis and any costs related to the manufacturing of the prosthesis will be the member's own liability. Platelet-rich-plasma and Marrow Stim are exclusion as per Scheme protocol. TTO benefit of R610 applies per admission
i have been holding on or 45 min to just get told that they cannot help e at the call center that business bank must help me that i originally called the put me over to small business that put me over to fraud that put me over to i cannot assist you. there as been a counter statement drawn on my business account that i the only signature holder did not request, Nedbank can give out statement on business account to anybody that walk into a branch and then cant assist you to get the fees back nor assist in telling you whom was so eager to get your business bank statements!!!! Took my car for a service Feb 2020 - after service the car started leaking oil because they over filled it with oil. Took back the car when the lock down eased 3 weeks ago so that they could fix there mistake - they told me its going to cost R4500 to fix the oil seals that damage due to overfill of oil. I refuse to pay that much as it was there mistake - the inform me that the car ha to stay then till the manager will be back 4 days later. he then said they will do it for the price of the part and 1hr labour. now its is 3 week later and my car is still not fixed - I have to get to work everyday without a car..... no effort from them to contact me and give me any updates on the repair status??????????
WORST SERVICE EVER. on Friday on my way to work i drove trough a pothole and 2 of my tyres was damage- i phoned Kingprise they were quick to come an pick my car up but until today I have had NO response from them NO assessor was appointed yet to go and view my car and If i try to call them they just give me the same storie. NO ASSISTANCE WHAT SO EVER
I Went to Nedbank Woolands on Friday to change the Member on My CC for the business bank account. As my husbank that was the Member of the CC and the business account holder. After waiting for 30 min i was told that i must go and make a appointmnet to see y business banker at my own branch - the Grove. Noboy at Woodlands was willing to assist me. So i left and has been since trying to make contact with The grove branch to make a appointment to go and see my business banker, until now I could not reach the branch by telephone, or via email. I have called the Nedbank call center they also send a message to the Grove bank for a appointment to be made with me and still othing has happend I have called every day for the past 5days and the branch just dont pick up the lines, SO HOW DO I GET TO MAKE A APPOINTMENT TO SEE THE PERSON THAT CAN ASSIST ME?????????????????
I have reported my Fiber line on the 27th March and still do not have any attention given to it by Telkom I have phone everyday and was told everyday that a technician will come out but still NOTHING. its been 2weeks now that we have slower speed than normal cellphone speed on there so call high speed fiber line - but we still have to pay the high prices for nothing
