So after 2 weeks the courier calls me yesterday saying the bed is damaged and a gentleman from mrp home calls me today telling me the same thing.....they are unbelievable...this service is pathetic will never purchase anyting from this store again .....always making excuses
I've ordered something online from them they charged me R400 delivery fee they said were delivering by the 14 feb 2025 I got a msg from the delivery company wanting me to confirm my delivery for earlier than the 14th I confirmed I am still waiting for delivery everyday when I call mrp home they say the next day the next I've been hearing that for the past week horrible service the worst ever

I have a cellphone contract with mtn and the pas month they have pulled out more money then my original debit order amount I have called in several times querying this they have not had an answers for me so this is utter nonsense and the worse service I could have ever received from any provider
If I could help it I would not even give them one star , I ordered two Boerie hashbrown meals this morning they ended up giving me some burger thing with a egg inside anyways I called the manager to explain he then told me when im in the area I should come through and he will sort it out ...then chewing I felt something hard and when I took it out my mouth it was a eggshell seriously this is nonsense...firstly they can't give you what you ordered and then you still find eggshells in your food pathetic on a next level and I have pictures of this
i have purchased a Trojan Glide cycle 500 from game woodlands 3 days ago when putting up the cycle there was a ***** missing i then called the store querying the ***** a lady in customer care had told me to bring in my slip they would help me , i then went in the same day with my slip , the lady in customer care called the manager he has checked for me he said they cant help me i then asked her to ask the manager if they could give me a ***** from the display cycle they had refused i then took the cycle to Game stores at bloed street mall the manager had helped me to keep the cycle and said i should come the next day because they are closed i went in today the manager had requested that the guy in the sport department take out a ***** from the display cycle i do not know whats the reason woodlands made me run around where they could have done the same thing they are really bad at what they do and the attitudes are disgusting ....i called several game stores they do not even answer the calls they take extremely long before you get a response my worst experience ever.
