Took my car back after something was wrong as Neil asked me do I want to bring it in quick. On arrival the one worker started my car in gear and knocked me over. Neil returns, I tell him what happened: his response: 1. Well there is nothing I can do about it now. NO apology or a bit of decency. i confronted him if that is the response he gives, not even an apology, this is his response futher: 1. Asks me why do I stand in front of the car? 2. Asks me who parked the car in gear? 3. Tell's me "daar is nie pille vir domgeid nie mevrou". And says: "jy het my die eerste keer gehoor". Besides my car not being ok after he worked on it, the above is his response and behavior to something a bit more serious than the car. I am disgusted by the way he as the owner of The Motor Guru treated me. His worker that started the car was apologetic and helped me and offered me a place to sit and water and was a far better person today. Accidents happen, I get that. But this behavior from Neil Makkink is bad, disgusting and uncalled for. I made no scene about being knocked over, I was however upset that Neil could not apologise and had a bad attitude from the get go. Neil is arrogant and entitled as the owner and treated me very bad today.

After my complaint on 31 Aug another debit order was taken today! Middle of Sept I phone, someone said they are cancelling the contract after I had to retell the entire sad story after s****ing enough energy to phone Cell C for the umpteenth time. He also said accounts will phone me with regards to refund.....and hell today again!!!!!! Another freaken debit order payment. Cell C....you are driving me insane and you are causing me more stress and adding pressure. I have no words left!!!!!!! Dare to steal my money one more month...............!!! and the worse thing is, I must keep on paying but there is no data to use even! What the hell!!! Also Danielle Abrahams sent a mail saying they could not reach me, please advise a suitable to contact me. I replied back......nothing back from her till today.....except another payment to them, no data and no refund on the 3 other months taken form me. This all since 02 June 2021 trying to get Cell C out of my life. It is horrendous torturing people like this with your bad service and zero ethics and adding stress to already stressed people.
I have been trying since 02 June 2021 to cancel my contract and it has just been issue after issue, yet this morning another 2 installments were debited. I want my money back today!!! If I see a Cell logo I want to explode and to see yet another debit from my account I can't even begin to tell you the frustration. • The story begins with Addington who on a call with me asking about cancellation tells me about my commitment fee of R208.08. • He will send me banking details which I am still waiting for today. • I go to a cell c shop to get banking details • I deposit R210 • I send pop to customer service • It is just ignored • July comes they debit the difference and used the R210 as a credit • I emailed again • I try again • Calls and emails • Aug debit order was not paid from my side, I took money out of my account so that cell c can't take it • Today they take R1200. I cancelled this contract at the beginning of June. I want someone who knows what they are doing to phone me back after 12 today and to sort this matter out. At the most there should have been one more full payment and the R208.08 since I have been trying to cancel.
<p>55 mins waiting time. Later orders come out before earlier ones like 71 before 64. Bad. Really bad. Staff unprofessional. Calling out wrong order numbers for collection, noisy, runs after customers, they don't know what is going on. Customer before me tells the staff he has been here over an hour. RATHER CLOSE YOUR DOORS IF YOU CAN'T DELIVER. </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
