After paying my bond for 30 years and never claimed on the HOC insurance. My bond is paid of, but the Insurance is still deducted. Contacting them, they say they going to add interest on it. Send all the detail to the long term insurance Ombudsman and waiting. People avoid SA Homeloans, they are a middleman using Standard bank and use their own interest rate. Which is not in line with the Reserve bank. Rather get a loan through your own bank. The mentioned company is *******
Most expensive computer courses, there for making money. It is not a recognized diploma for job interviews. My son was even selected as Mr CTU, never employed in the field he studied. Wasted my money. Stay away as it will be a loss of money
Try to avoid business with Netstar vehicle tracker. If contract ends, they continue with deductions. If you stop at the bank they still continue illegal, this is considered as theft. Then they hand you over to lawyers and claim two months payment. The Ombudsman says the struggle with them, Tracker, Vodacom and MTN is a problem and seen as corruption. Just stay away, try to get a month to month service company. GOOD LUCK
Do not support the Sasolburg branch, costed us a lot of money due to incompetency to detect caster camber readings which was not for our vehicle on various occations. Would get 5000 's then tyre replacement. My wife was there this morning to have tyres fitted and was told they are not allowed to help her...so that is how they solve their problems and customer after care. The manager at the branch won't even make it as a pizza delivery man...not qualified to manage a branch. Had various unprofessional bad service experiences from him. Also going to post this on Hello Peter and other media

Yellodata (MTN) consultant phoned me for a service of 1Gig data at R99 per month. First two months went well and I would get a notification to change over to my normal MTN data as the Yellodata has depleated. I agreed for a debit order and deduction of R99 per month, then in the third month a debit order for R494 went off my bank account. After phone calls and e-mails they informed me that the data is not capped and act as Topup...so if they keep silent they can drain your bank account. This was done with no billing or approval from my side. Nowhere you can see how much data you have left over. I am taking legal action against the group, have done it in the past. I changed all my other accounts over to Vodacom, if there is a cell service provider that can assist me to walkover to them with my last contarct I will gladly do it ********** 160. Do not do business with MTN rather consider Vodacom as I have no problems with them
