I have used quite a number of cleaning companies in my line of work, Imperial Cleaning have the best service so far in comparison. Thank you for the great service and for going above and beyond to provide professional services.
My order has been pending for four weeks now, even though payment has been made, the order has not yet even been processed in their systems. There is a message on the site that says the phone lines are down and issue is being investigated and this seems to be the case ever since I have visited the site. No one responds to the emails through the provided email, is this site even a real site or its an internet scam.
I have never had such a bad experience with a garage before. These guys had my car for 2 weeks and failed to fix an oil leak and quoted R11 000 for a failed work. After which I had to go back there three more times with the same problem and they still fail to fix the issue. Be careful of marketing experts who cannot deliver results.
<p>I really do not understand what the point of the 15 minute booking period is for. I made my appointment and was made to wait for about 2 hours in the que and the lady who assisted me in the end did not even seem to care and told me that was the norm. I wonder what the point is of making the appointments if VFS Cape Town cannot honour the appointment times. </p> <p> </p> <p>Come refund time ! I was made to wait in the downstairs Foyer for more than hour until I had the leave the so called refund confirmation form behind as no one showed up after collecting the forms. VFS do not seem to value other peoples time and they still have to learn the principles of customer service. I think when you are the only provider of a service and people have no alternative then you can most certianly bully and mistreat people. </p> <p>The payment and booking process are simple and are completed online, and once that is completed then the circus begins. I was amazed at the level of service that we actually paid for. Still dont know whether I will get my refund or not , but if it means waiting for it and going through such a process ot get it back I guess it makes sense they want to keep it anyway, Id rather they keep the refund than be mistreated like that. </p>
<p>I bought a vacuum cleaner that was faulty when I got home to use it. The booked in for repairs and on the third time when they had given and could not fix it they blamed me, even if I had not used the vacuum before. The refused to refund me or give me a replcement. The only response was they had been trying to sell it for 8 months and they had finally managed to dump it on someone. They thought I could not hear them say this! How pathetic ! and they were so rude and arrogant. I am not buying anything from them anymore, the worst service ever !!!</p>
