The bread had brown patches in between, I logged it with them.... Sent pics with serial nos an the date also how the bread looks .... They came back asking if we have the slip.... Who keeps the slip for buying bread...
The customer service sucks.... I spoke to them mouldy cheese, firstly they had the wrong information an then u have to constantly contact them.... Im still waiting on them 3 weeks later...
I bought a block of cheese 850g white chedar cheese. The expiry date is the 12th of March 2024 The cheese is mouldy its still sealed i can attach pics as well
Today i went to redeem my birthday voucher, which was offered by u guys. The total amount came they tried to redeem, i was left with a balance of R3,75. All the waiters came nobody could fix the issue. Instead of subtracting the amount for the cake, they told me to pay the whole amount due... I was very unhappy about that.... Mug an bean offers customers an do not know how to satisfy, with the prices being sky high as well. They have lost points with me.. Thanks
All these people are interested in is your money.. Service is pathetic. Staff is not helpful. They over charged me with R1000. when I had to downgrade as I no longer use their facilities. Only found this out afterwards ... Was told I cannot cancel as I have to pay the remaining balance. 3 year contract is ridiculous so u stuck. When u call for assistance you get transferred from pillar to post. No seems to no their jobs it seems. The branch in Florida is no go area. Unsatisfied customer.
I joined the gym an was told if I needed to end my contract for some reason.. It would not be a problem. Due to circumstances I could no longer go to the gym. I asked if I could cancel. Was given different stories from different people working there. I requested to downgrade, they charged me Over R1000, found out months later they over charged me. A lady by the name of Nabia. Didn't give me my new tag but charged me for it. The service is pathetic...they only out for peoples money....
I recently bought a top from this store, a week later the top seemed damaged. I then took it back to the store which is now almost 3 weeks ago I was told there was nothing they could do as they have to send it off their QC dept I was also told they will call me with regards to the outcome to date no call what so ever. The manager at the store was not very helpful and had some sort of attitude as well
<p>I had a bad experience at the nandos branch in Sandton. 1st price has increased drastically. when the chicken arrived it was small my little niece who hardly eats would be hungry after eating that. when complained about it the manager said that's how it is. also it wasn't cooked properly. instead of giving me another piece he offered me some more chips. had a similar experience at the branch in roodepoort. I'm done with Nandos</p> <p> </p>
