Absolutely pathetic app and follow up customer service. It’s the second time I’ve input a big order and been unable to proceed to payment and delivery. Using FAQ I rebooted , signed out and in and my order disappeared. I tried the WhatsApp support but I received a message that there were technical issues so I phoned their help line and was told they couldn’t help!!!! I made a fuss and later was called by someone else to whom I had to explain the whole story yet again. I’ve deleted the app and won’t be using them again. Oh and this has happened before and their delivery staff are pathetic getting lost and blaming the gps! Can they not read maps and street names. I was phoned on a previous delivery because he was lost but he couldn’t tell me what street he was in!!!!!! 🤣🤣🤣🤣
Vodacom ignoring cancellation request – no help from TOBI. Despite emails and getting a reply that I need to go via Tobi there are no options to cancel my contract.
Always professional, efficient and respond quickly. My last claim was handled without a hitch. Thank you so much especially as it was a time of grief for me. In particular Samantha Henriques is a star!
<p>Such abysmal service on Saturday at the Hout Bay store. So called lady "manager" in the homeware department couldn't be bothered to look up a product for me because she claimed she had to have the product code? I can look it up on their web site so why can't she? Didn't listen to my very specific product request and kept having to ask me to repeat it.</p> <p>Also her complete lack of knowledge of her OWN stock, she had no idea what I was referring to. I couldn't bear to have anything to do with her because of her attitude.</p> <p>I later visited the Claremont branch (with a MUCH larger range of products) where the saleslady immediately knew exactly what I was talking about without having the refer to her stock sheet and knew that the last one had been sold the day before! She was also able to search the WW database to see if there were any more in stock. So much for "Management". The HB lady doesn't deserve to be behind the badge.</p>
Still no result after more than a week. I still do not have the voucher.
I purchased a gift voucher online for a colleague's birthday on the 12th March.By lunchtime the voucher still had not arrived in my colleague's email inbox.I queried this and received an inane reply from a Reagan Naicker that only gave me a reference number.The whole idea of a voucher is that one receives something one can \show"for making purchases and while I understand that the reference number MAY be all that is necessary"
