I got a jawbone up from fnb. What a terrible quality product! I got my band last year in June and the bracelet part is already broken in 3 different places. It tends to fall off super quickly which caused me to almost lose it a few times. I really regret not buying one of the more competitive fit devices. Unlike others jawbone can't even read heart rate at a precise moment which sets this product on the back line if you compare it to other likewise products. I contacted Jawbone regarding this and their answer were the following: We understand that you are not happy with the situation but please, let's keep this chat professional. At this time per our warranty, we can only support some countries, and only if the device was sold by an authorized seller. We have no authorized sellers in South Africa and we are unable to offer any kind of warranty support there. Since troubleshooting will not fix a ripped band, we are limited in what we can do.We advise that you reach out to the seller and see if you have any warranty options with them. After contacted FNB i was advised that they also cant assist because it's out of warranty. This is unbelievable. I now have to pay 8 months still for a bad product which is almost unusable

Today at 17:30+ I went to builders strubensvalley to purchase wood for a DIY project. First i went to the wood department to ask where i can place a order for a custom cut wood. They sent me to the back of the buildings. On arrivals there was no one there. A unfriendly guy at the door called someone and after more than 5 min the person eventually came and helped me after playing around in the yard, just to be informed that I have to place an order infront of the shop. Went there, waited again, seeing that only one till was open and eventually got helped. Gave them sizes on a picture but guess what?! When i got to the yard the pieces looked abit small. Went home measured them checked the paper and as you thought they cut my board too small. Instead of 580 they cut it 380. I did not even think to look on the cut example paper because I would expect it tobe correct. Im actually even dreaming going backwards tomorrow to take up this case due to their bad attitude. What a waste of money!
<p>I have spoken to so many people from neotel over the last month and its as if my problem doesn't even phase Neotel. I desperately want to cancel my contract with these clowns and all I get are promises and no results ever. It seems I will have to go to the bank and stop the debit order there. I am at the wits end. I bet driving to Jo'burg and speaking to them would also not have the desired affect. I would seriously discourage anybody from signing any contract whatsoever with neotel. It is IMPOSSIBLE to cancel the service. We have pour speeds and pings yet they promise a certain mbps. I wish i could post my email conversation here so everyone can see how pathetic they are. </p>
<p>Last week I've brought some fruit from food lover hilfox but when i got home half of it was rotten. Had to from away the WHOLE box of strawberries. Other heavy food were placed on my paw pay which destroyed the whole thing. Not even 2 days and i had to throw out 3 rotten naartjies and 2 rotten apples. </p> <p> </p> <p>This is pretty disgusting for a shop that apparently take pride in fresh fruit.</p> <p>I phoned and complained about the rotten food, and the ladies answer was : you should have checked, and u probably left it in your car. What kind of answer is that?</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
