I would actually not even give them any stars. They do not do repairs when requested. The building I stayed in is delapedated and uses a risk to residents. I think the municipality has to take a look at it as there is now fire escapes and there areamy health and safety risks as there are mainly older people staying there. The Estate agencies' Principal Estate Agent insulted, discriminated, threatened me and attacked my character in correspondence. I will not recommend them to anyone as their management of properties pose not only a risk to lessees but also to landlords.
Carte Blanche should investigate corruption at DSTV as they don't pick up over payments and refund it, they only pick up non-payments and 1 payment of 3 made. Their service to customers is non existent and over rated and too expensive. You can have Brit box, Netflix, Prime video and Apple TV for less than the DSTV premium of recycling program excellence. Currently struggling nearly two weeks.to get my refund of two over payments of R699 each, but they can pick up in minutes if you don't pay your premium.
Their was a fraudulent transaction on my account. This all started with Microsoft i made a subscription in 2020 in October 2021 the transaction for the subscription went off on my account I contacted Microsoft subscription and get a refund as my son had a family subscription that I started using they refunded me with no problem. I cancelled the card which I used to make the subscription to be safe..Few weeks later the money went off my account again I contacted Microsoft again and they verified that it was not them. Nedbank then reversed the payment after a filled in a fraud document. They reversed the transaction a few minutes later the deducted the money again I contacted them filled in anther document and I haven’t heard back again. I had to open another account and pay my salary in to it the subscription sent my account into the negative and a get charged for every bounced debit order which is frustrating and the fact that I cancelled the card how could transaction still go ahead. I have been a happy nedbank customer for 10 years but this long drawn out dispute with them is driving me insane I would rather bank with a bank that strives to solve my problem in a timely fashion . I find it very sad the the only way to get things done at a company is to right a bad review
<p>An electrician from this company was requested to relay and install plugs for third phase electricity for us in order to use for markets and festivals from our Children's Home. He did a very neat job, but did not relay 3rd phase electricity as requested. He promised that he will come and rectify his mistake, but never came. He was contacted as well as his supervisor and the owner, Mr Smith. Mr Smith did not return any of the calls nor the e-mails sent. How can you take R30000 from a welfare organization and not complete the task nor even communicate to find a resolution.</p>
