I have my vehicle fleet with Cartrack and very happy so far. Moved away from another prominent service provider due to lousy service.
I recently bought a pre-owned vehicle from McCarthy Lexus, Midrand. This is the third vehicle that I have purchased from the dealership although the first two were from their Toyota franchise and all three are still in my fleet. There were several challenges in having the latest vehicle delivered to me after I had purchased it, all related to the previous owner of the vehicle and external service providers used by the dealership to complete their pre-delivery process. All were resolved in due course and I am very happy with my purchase. I have a fleet of vehicles and, in my experience, notwithstanding the other excellent Lexus staff with whom I interacted, the salesman who handled this particular purchase , Sandile Cele, was, undoubtedly, the most professional and courteous salesperson I have ever had to deal with. He kept in constant contact with me, dealt with all my issues exceptionally well and saw the process through from first viewing to final sign off. Sandile is exceptional in his approach to his work; his customer-focused approach must be applauded. I would highly recommend this dealership and, especially Sandile, to anyone who is looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle.
I bank with several banks across my business and private portfolio. Last year, From April 2020, I was forced onto unpaid leave by my employer, a situation that still persists as I write this message. The company's actions severey compromised my cashflow, family and commercial activity. I have received only the most exemplary service and understanding from Standard Bank throughout this ordeal. Their website access, procedures and compassionate assistance has ensured that I will certainly remain a loyal customer. I particularly want to comment their excellent staff who were never condescending or rude, only a pleasure to work with whilst they took time to understand my position. The result of their actions has seen me through this trying period and I'm grateful. My personal thanks go to my private banker, Mr. Phillip Kodisang and Debt Retructuring Officer, Ms Nobubele Bembe. I am sure there were others whom I would like to thank but I do not have their names. Well done Standard Bank! You made the other banks, who were constantly trying to protect themselves despite my many years of banking with them, look unprofessional and petty.
<p>I have been battling with my MX8 for some time now. Had to replace several parts and the gearbox. It now needs another new gearbox which does not please me in the least. However, I have been assisted with my saga by customer service agent Eslian Murray. Eslian took time to research my history and loaned me a working unit while we try to get mine going again. I am grateful for this help. Eslian is a credit to the company. Thank you Eslian. </p>
