This business is not legitimate, they are ****mers ,that will take your money and deliver nothing. They don't even have a real business address, only 1 cell no as a contact. Their adverts are ****, no real products for sale. Don't buy anything from Retail Energy, you will loose all of your money.
******* , no address, only 1 contact no. Too good to be true SOLAR prices, which they are. Too many hellopeter complaints, Truecaller identifies them exactly as they are. EVEN ADVERTISE ON GOOGLE ....No credit card payment option, Tyme bank account, and demand immediate payment. DONT PAY THESE ****** ANY MONEY, YOU WONT SEE YOUR PRODUCTS EVER.
Tried getting Mtn Broadband today. What a tideous process. 30mins of my time wasted on the phone with a rude arrogant ***** of an MTN agent asking really personal questions, for a month to month service. Then they send a payment link, which must be paid immediately, otherwise the deal goes off the system at closing time.....what a load of BS, some of us actually have businesses to run, clearly business must be great, if you feel you can dictate how and when the client must pay, immediately in this case.........or tough luck....well tough luck for you MTN, cancel this deal, not interested in being dictated to by your snot- nose agent or your company....disgusting service....
From the time , Kurt answered the phone, he only had a thousand reasons why he couldn't do our installation. But, after doing some research myself, his "version" of the LP gas laws and regulations were totally incorrect. If you want problems , not solutions, use Kurt's gas installers. No thanks. It's time to retire Kurt.
Absolutely no regard for customer service. Who would have thought, that trying to change a booking and get answers would be next to impossible. Tried contacting them for 4 hours, no luck. Call center number doesn't work " number doesn't exist " Whatapp, answered by a bot FB messenger, answered by a bot. Called OR Tambo Safair, put on hold for 15 minutes, eventually gave up. ANY8WF
Opened up a FNB business account, 3 months ago. Received my bank card, never even used my card, as I don't remember the pin number, card has never even been out of my wallet, as I have only transacted online, for this account, so I get a notification that 2x transactions have been declined for invalid pin, at a place called Afriview , for R9000. So I stopped the card at FNB fraud. But it is clear that FNB, has internal staff leaks , giving out card numbers to criminals to commit fraud on customers accounts. I reported this to Northrand road FNB branch manager , but they say there is nothing that they can do. So how do I trust FNB now, to get a new bank card, what is to say that my card details, won't be given out to criminals again.
This company is a bunch of scumbags, You select to buy voice airtime for cellC to any network ,on their app. But it automatically reverts back to CellC to CellC , on its own, if you go out and come back into the buy voice airtime page, You mistaking buy R90 voice, as CellC to CellC, instead of CellC to any network, as CellC to CellC is automatically selected as default. We don't need CellC to CellC as we already had over 1000 minutes, but we were running out of CellC to any network. We called into the call center and explained the issue and asked if we could rather transfer the R90 purchase across to CellC to any network. We had not used the R90 purchased. CellC refused to assist and indicated that I needed to get my bank to reverse the transaction on my credit card. I went to my bank and requested that they reverse the transaction. My bank tells me that they can do nothing and that CellC must fix the problem. So I paid R90 over to CellC which they have received but can't allocate it to anything else on their system, this is disgraceful and borders on theft, they can see what happened regarding the voice airtime purchase as it is obvious. But they absolutely refuse to assist their customers for such a simple request.

After being retrenched in March 2020 & needing to change to private contributions for our families medical cover, we opted for a cheaper option as affordability, was now obviously a major factor, being unemployed etc. , but with covid19 around, we were obviously not prepared to go without any cover. We made a specific point that affordability was our deciding factor to go for the most affordable option. Great so we changed to Prime 1. To our absolute horror , 7 months later we get a rude lady by the name of Amanda , calling us and threatening us that we owe Medihelp R4517 and that we need to pay this immediately , or that our benefits will be suspended, like *** , Medihelp takes 7 months to let us know that we overused the savings from the previous scheme & now we must pay this back immediately !!!! . I offered to pay back R1000 per month , as that was already going to be an almost impossible stretch , as I was still unemployed, and nobody was hiring due to covid19 . Amanda said ok, it was fine, over the phone. So we proceeded to pay the additional R1000 , religiously every month , proof of payment was sent to Amanda. then to our surprise we receive an email from Medihelp, stating that our medical aid had been suspended... Like *** , Amanda says its ok to pay R1000 per month , which we do, Plus the monthly subscription of R5500 per month on the 1st of every month. But we still get suspended. Medihelp is a frigging joke of a medical aid. Amanda doesn't respond to any emails sent directly to her. Medihelp steals your subscriptions , tells you its ok to pay back R1000 per month , after taking 7 months to notify you of your savings overspend & then suspends your cover. I cant even see that this is even legal. They are a bunch of thieves & liars , they happily take your subscriptions & your payback, but then still suspend your benefits. I will be changing medical aids , Thanks for nothing , NO help "Medihelp"
Shocking service, like I have never seen in any industry. Emmanuel and Keshnee, do not deserve their jobs at this place, we are sure there are more deserving people, that actually take customer service seriously, this company, likes to stuff customers around for 4 weeks. I simple transfer of ownership from myself to my wife, is absolutely impossible to do. These people are incompetent and should be fired. Nevermind Ikhokha, we will take our two POS machine business to Yoco. My company does R100k plus per month and my wife's business does R40k. So your absolute incompetence, lost your company commission fees on R140k per month, well done Yoco, sterling service. I can see why there are so many bad reviews of this company, with people like Emmanuel & Keshnee , as the face of the business. Good riddens. I will be posting a YouTube video, of us smashing our 2 Ikhokha machines, to prove how useless your company actually is.
