I have a current credit application at another financial institution being blocked because of multiple settled/closed FNB accounts still reflecting as open on the credit bureaus. I have been trying to get assistance for paid-up/closure letters for these accounts for the past 10 days from FNB following every single channel they offer, but is just being sent from post to pillar by all departments. This is by far the worst service I have ever experienced. This is also not the 1st time I've experienced horrible customer service from FNB and will definitely be closing all my accounts with them.
We bought a house 6 months ago and the Structural Home insurance was placed with Hollard. A big part of the ceilings in the kitchen and dinning room collapsed, leaving us in a very uncomfortable position. After following up on the claim process for days, I have to contact Hollard again and be told telephonically that they are going to reject the claim. The ceiling collapsing is typically something I would take up home insurance for? Very disappointed in Hollard and don't know why I should pay a premium to make use of their services.
Hi, We placed an order online for a product. 5 Working days later, the status is still "order placed successfully". Their call center also does not answer one's calls. Terrible service.

My insurance had me send an Iphone 6s with a cracked screen to Innovatec Mobile Repairs. The turnaround time was not bad, but the phone was returned with some glue still stuck to the side of the phone.

When switching on the phone to set it up, it came to my attention that the left middle bottom part of the new screen is non responsive. On further investigation I could also tell that the screen fitted was not done very professionally. Don't even know if it's an original apple part?

Also the last operator on their switchboard is quite arrogant and did not make me feel like a valued customer.

Sincerely

Jaco Meyer

Good day,

I would not encourage anybody to switch their bank account to FNB. I have made the switch to an FNB Premier account more than month ago and it has been the worst, most horrific banking experience I have ever had.

They do not deliver on what was agreed upon, I have spent hours on the phone trying to sort out problems that should not have existed in the first place. I have visited a branch on their recommendation, due to issues they could not resolve through telephonic or electronic channels, which also did not resolve the particular issues. Their turnaround time on getting back to their customers is ridiculous, if they ever do get back to you.

I really feel like I have made the wrong decision switching to FNB.

Sincerely

Jaco Meyer
