Disgruntled
I was in Ballito Junction. At closing time I popped into Cash Crusaders. I bought an iron, wall plug and a money pouch. The money pouch was marked R49.99. We paid after some issues with my cell number 🤪 and walked out. We already paid for our parking ticket. So we had time to walk to the car and exit. At 19h00 , the center closes. I checked My receipt in the car, hubby paid. The money pouch was scanned R69.99. A R20 difference. I go back. Meshel store manager goes to verify details. Comes back and says she Can't help me. They tal**** the till. I must come tomorrow. I tell her I'm from 45k. Away from this place. She says . Send your husband. I had to repeat myself and say I live 45km away. To drive back would be a shlep. Petrol and time. She didn't offer any other alternatives. I took her name. Rushed off before the boom doesn't lock us in. Called next day. She said I must come in.

Price per location
I'm a regular shopper at Mr Price for the men in my family. The clothes are reasonably price. Mind the pun. But in matter of 1 week. From shopping at Windermere center and Ballito Junction the very same tshirts were marked R119 and R89 respectively. This was heart sore. Well the shirts I bought for my man was too Tight on the neck. My daughter is using them. But Price difference hits our pockets. These were not Sale items. 0605 072 547 073 411 7041

Irritated customer
This morning I went for my walk around the course. I then decided to visit the Golf ⛳️ shop. I was eyeing the Birdie red shirt for my dustbin. The shirt had a tag with no price. So European guy Cyril Frank came to my rescue , he said the price was R400. I said wow , whilst he busy on the cellphone, he said how much you want to pay and As I was deciding he said You Want it for FREE. I responded, aybo. I told him this is Valentines day, I would understand if u were hitting on me. Nevertheless he just got my pressure up. Today's day if you are selling you need to be nice not naughty or obnoxious. Cyril Frank, your manners suck, excuse my French.

Dissatisfied customer
Exclusive Luggage in Lifestyle market, Dawood in particular. I went with my nephew to show him some Luggage. I was interested in a Teal bag which can carry 45kgs. The Female told me for today, the price is R2500. I told her I'm purchasing for my daughter in CT. Will get back to her. The Dawood tried to influence my nephew. But we walked away, before me telling Dawood not to sell to my nephew as I still needed to confirm with my daughter. Later whilst shopping my nephew disappeared. He came back with a different bay, Voyager. He paid R2499. I went back to Dawood. He refused to take it back. The next day I noticed the wheels have been worn in dirty. I went back to Dawood. He refused for my money or an exchange. I come back to Durban at Gateway. The same Luggage for R2200. What a *******.

Failing Booking.com Adam Lip****
Booked through Booking Com Guy by the name of Adam Lip**** was rude and ******. He threatened to break legs and jail He threatened to call Metro Police and ended up calling SAPS. This was a civil matter and he was way out of line. He refused to refund the deposit. His inadequacies is not good and fair for the resort. The fair person was Miguel the overall manager who assisted.

Temu
I registered with Temu and purchased 9 items totalling R274. The EFT was done 20 February 2024. To date I only get endless Promotion emails, but no email to say how much is Tax and Customs to pay. I logged numerous emails via Buffalo Courier's and a WhatsApp chat , but no one can assist. The app shows tax not paid. The email I received last week says I signed for the delivery. And the Chat Bot says talk to the Courier company. I never had an issue with Shein.

Misinformation
My husband was called by an Indian gentleman. We already have a Timeshare purchased 1991. He spoke to both of us and the outlay was R40G. He told us that the levies paid on our old Timeshare can be recovered at Leisure Travel, as they would be able to sell our 1 week and recover randage for levies already paid. Personally this was a waste of my husbands money.
