NCM LEGAL COLLECTION PTY LTD - Ms. Ntombifuthi Cynthia Mthethwa I have paid this outstanding account in from 2021/2022 to the ITC Summons. I have all the proof of payments They now sent me an account again after so many years say that i did not send a cancellation to White pages. This is total ridiculous and I'm going to get legal assistance
I made a booking online on the 1st Feb 2025 and paid my deposit of R 585.00. I canceled the booking as i found something closer to the venue. I sent them an email to confirm my cancellation and request a refund in 04th Feb 2025. I sent an email on the 6th Feb 2025 again. On the 19th Feb 2025 they sent me an email to apologize for the late reply and i should email POP and bank details for a refund. I sent them the email with the information they required on the 19th Feb 2025. I followed up on the 24th Feb 2025 and up to today 10th March 2025 i have still not received my deposit. Totally unacceptable and would not recommend this establishment at ALL.
We hied a car on the 17th January 2025 (Friday) drop off Sunday 19th January 2025. My husband had to pay a deposit which is normal and they said it would take 3-4 weeks before the money is paid back. He has called 3 times already and the monies have still not been paid. This is totally ridiculous, and nobody in the office give a flying .......... We will never use Budget or Avis as they are under one roof at the George airport
I made a booking online and had to pay a 50% deposit. I have contacted the owner on SMS, have sent numerous emails to cancel the accommodation and my deposit refunded but to date no response whatsoever. I don't know what i should do next
We purchased an inverter last year November 2022 with 1 year guarantee. After 8 months the inverter stopped working. We took it back to the store and they sent it to the manufacturer (Gentech Industries) who said that the batteries on the inverter does not carry the guarantee of a year but only 3 months. Gentech said that the inverter should not be used during Stage3-Stage 6 load shedding but only in emergencies. My question is then why purchase an inverter. The sales person at Leroy Merlin never told us this because we would have may a decision whether we wanted to purchase or not. Today (Tuesday 01/08/2023) is three weeks that this is going backwards and forwards and have still no answers for the manufacturer or the seller. I'm at my wits end and don't know what to do anymore
I paid an fees to Karen to help me with my "SHORT TIME CLAIM" at UIF. She said that she does do this type of claim. This has been going on since June 2021 and to date she keeps saying that at the UIF department there is not that can help her and I'm getting very annoyed. When you do try and call her the phone is off, she take days before answering emails. I'm afraid that i will not be able to claim as June 2022 is approaching and i still do not have any answers let alone money from the UIF.
I took a personal loan with Direct Axis and had some spare cash so i paid a little extra some months as a result my loan was paid up earlier by R +-16 000.00. Up until today i have sent several emails to them and they only refunded R 4000.00 and they wont refund the balance.
