I purchased a pair of shoes from Call It Spring and was extremely disappointed — both with the product and the service I received. I wore the shoes once, and on the second wear, the heels broke off completely. I contacted customer service and was asked to send pictures so that they could review the issue. After waiting eight days with no response, I followed up, only to be told that they would now arrange a courier to collect the shoes for further inspection. This left me confused and frustrated. Why ask for pictures to analyze the damage, only to then request the shoes to conduct a second review? It felt like they were stalling rather than helping. To make matters worse, the courier never arrived, and I have been left with no resolution. This has been a deeply disappointing experience. Call It Spring sells poor quality products and offers unreliable, slow, and unhelpful customer service. I would not recommend them to anyone.
I’m disappointed with the lack of customer service from Life Day Spa Pretoria. I sent an email at 10:00am with no response, followed by a phone call to make a booking—which was also ignored—and then a WhatsApp message to secure payment that still hasn’t been acknowledged. For a business in the wellness and service industry, this level of unresponsiveness is unacceptable. I expected better communication and professionalism, especially when trying to give my business to the spa.
Purchased food from Burger Rack Menlyn. The food was absolutely terrible. I purchased the Ribs and Wings combo, no value for money. My meal came with 3 ribs?? These are definitely not whar was advertised to be 300g. I also bought a burger, the lettuce was old! Never again
Hi. I purchased a triple decker from Debonairs Mabopane Square via delivery. I was extremely disappointed at the quality and presentation of the pizza. Only one layer had these very little pieces of chicken. I had to leave my house and drive to the store to request another pizza! What an inconvenience! The manager there then proceeded to tell me, me coming there made no difference because if they made the pizza again I would get the same thing. I received a refund but I am utterly disappointed in the service delivery and customer service there!
MRP Campus 25 Minutes Before Closing Time. They Switch Off Air Conditioner & Close Changing Rooms. It’s Still Far From Closing Time (17:00), Customers Are Hot & Cant Use All The Services In The Shop. Unprofessional!
My mom bought items on Spree on the 13th April. It was then unexpectedly cancelled by Spree early last week, the amount paid for the order was supposed to be paid back in 48 Hours. Till today the amount has not been refunded. She calls & emails Spree everyday. They Aren’t responsive. This is very disappointing service.
I Used The Gautrain App To Reload Money Into My Card, The Payment Went Through From My Account But Failed To Reflect On My Gautrain Card. 1. I Was Unable To Use The Bus Service, I Explained To The Bus Driver The Query I Had With My Card, He Rudely Said To Me “ You Should’ve Made Sure You Have Funds, Walk To The Station You’ll Get Help There” 2. I Get To The Station To Query This Again Then I Was Told To Wait Until 9 & Hopefully The Payment Will Go Through. 3. I Had To Then Pay Again To Use The Gautrain. Absolute Nonsense!
Vodacom In The Past 48 Hours Has Chowed 2x 1GB Bundles & R100-Something Worth Airtime. My 1st Query Was Sorted But The Second Time AGAIN. They Never Send Data Depletion SMS & Then Start Chowing At The Airtime, As Much As You Can Take Responsibility To Tell Me I've Loaded Data/Airtime. Take Responsibility To Tell Me When It Has Depleted. & It Is Extremely Unprofessional Calling Vodacom Because It Sounds Like A Party In The Office Space. You Can Hear The Loud Laughing & Chatting From The Consultants. It's So Unpleasant Calling Them

Recharged At 08:21 - 08:22 Data Depleted </p> <p>2. Recharged At 12:59/ 12:58 - Data Depleted At 13:02 </p> <p>My Total Recharge For Today Since 6am Amounts to R84. Because Of The Horrible Data Rates. </p> <p>I Would Highly Discourage Anyone From Using Vodacom. </p>
