I have canceled my membership with virgin active in November 2020, since then vvm has been emailing me on behaalf of virgin active stating im in arrears of this account. I emailed virgin active they said its been sorted.But every month I still get emails from vvm.
Settled my account still after 1 month of trying to get my paid up letter I’m given a run around by this company let alone their incompetence! I get +5 calls a day from different reps in regards to money collection
Sold my car via absa fastbuy and my experience with settling the outstanding amount has been a nightmare
I sold my car via absa fastbuy and concluded everything on the 27 October 2020 I have been calling absa to get an indication of how to pay the shortfall and have been sent from pillar to post! Today is the 16 November and I called Absa asking for my statement to my shock the car sale amount does not reflect and looks like come month end they will deduct the same amount as if I didn’t get the car sold!!
So I’m in IT and work from home hence then I installed the uncapped wifi from Supersonic. We reported the issue with the WiFi being down in the am’s of the morning as I type it’s the pm’s and still no internet. I’ve made numerous calls today and let alone wasn’t able to work today mind you I pay R1200 every month!!
Since the beginning of the policy you guys have been debiting me on the 15th of every month and I call all the time you guys promise you have fixed it!! Do you want me the cancel my policy with you??
Settled my loan with Capfin and received the paid up letter but after 4 months still the account is not updated on my transition credit report!! Paid up the loan in August 2020
It’s been more than 30 business days asking for My refund from Capfin yet no one has taken action to what’s mine
IF I would give a Zero !!!! I would FNB and it’s FNB loans department is a total disgrace!! ZERO COMPETENCE, ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE,ZERO EVERYTHING!!!
Settled a loan with FNB and they Still devoted me the monthly installments after and worst part when I call customer service I’m being sent from Pilar to post and the account has not been closed from their side!!
