The most unprofessional service ! We had to move from Durban to Jhb beware if you use them they subcontract to F One Express Movers who subcontracts to another company owned by Micheal , all working for key moves, more than half of our items were damaged , it was marked fragile and yet we were given it upside down just broken and to top it off a lot of our items, boxes were ****** , they even had toe audacity to crowbar a padlock table open to take what was inside , unbelievable! To date no accountability , no receipts or statements have been given although we have requested numerous times. We withheld R1000 from the excessive amounts we had to keep paying and then were told would not off load what was left in their truck til we paid that R1000. Totally unprofessional too, the movers were so busy using our bathroom and taking selfies left the moving and carrying mostly to us , we didn’t even get a discount considering we did most of it ourselves . No accountability they didn’t even phone their subcontractors to sort the theft and damaged items and Tod are the subcontractors don’t reply to emails calls or messages . Unprofessional
Been trying to do an upgrade for the last 8months with Mtn and to date no service no help no assistance and I still can’t upgrade or change my contract As soon as one branch assistant hits a block he leaves it they don’t phone back and say it’s been sent to head office Mtn they the only ones that can fix it ????????? Still NOTHING service non existent
Absolutely shocking service just to get an upgrade done Trying to upgrade for two weeks have all my information required to do the upgrade but don’t respond to my emails and I’ve been put through from one number and agent to the next with no help Easy just to keep passing me over and we have been with Mtn for years Worst experience ever My battery was on 100 when I started the enquiry again today o am now on 14 percent and still getting passed Don’t need this bad service I’m moving to vodacom
It has been a disappointment from start to end this far our cruise has been cancelled twice and twice we have had to pay in more money but not only that the worst is we are ment to depart this Friday 17th December 2021 on our cruise but according to google news cruises have been cancelled and to date no confirmation received from msc weather this is true or not considering we only have 2 days left before departing we have no idea what’s happening No reply to emails and if you lucky enough to get through on the lines the phone gets put down Disappointing to say the least for such a renowned cruise line
It’s been an up hill battle with Mango airlines since the first lockdown we have been unable to receive a refund and get a voucher instead Now we still don’t even have a updated voucher which we will NEVER use. I email and I phone with no response from them. This is the most dissatisfying customer service I have ever experienced all other companies were most helpful during this situation as we were booked on a holiday during the first lockdown and they were most accommodating only Mango airlines are the most unhelpful . A refund should be given as our once in a lifetime holiday was cancelled and we can’t do it again what am I ment to do with money lost in airline tickets for a family ????? I want a refund but I can’t even get a reply on an email and their phone lines just ring!!! This ha scone on far too long and that’s why I’m reporting it to hello Peter some assistance and the decency for a reply! The right thing to do is refund the tickets and reply to unanswered emails… I’m terribly disappointed and upset that such a big airline is so bad at assisting customers! Disgusting
I have been withboutsursnce for quite some time and am very disappointed in the service. Absolutely shocking that I've been trying to sort out a claim since May and to date no assistance, no call backs nothing is happening to assist me with this, I have constant phone calls from the people who the accident was with and they too are fed up with the unhelpfulness of Outsurance.No one knows what's going on get put threw to 4 to 5 different people and back again. Absolutely shocking service. Disappointed...
It's been a bad experience this far with no communication. I booked airline tickets for my family for April 2020 due to virus it was cancelled and ever since that announcement I have been phoning Mango airlines to be told I have to email they cant help me over the phone then I send email after email to try and request t a refund and to date no reply. Absolutely shocking and disappointing. This is poor service, a refund should be given and some form of communication Anyone else battling too?
I took my family for an outing at Waterberry Coffee Shop in Ballitto what an absolute disappointment and waste of money not only has the standard of food dropped but their service is almost non existent considering I had to get up and look for a water every time. Food orders forgotten Children's food 15minutes after all the other food arrived. Waiter nowhere to be found or seen not once asking if everything is fine. The quality of food has dropped dramatically which was off putting and we will not go back. Very sad considering...
