After buying a Labelly machine, and receiving it in a great delivery time during the Christmas holidays, I tried to reach Labelly about returning the machine and labels, due to the print quality not being sufficient for my business needs. 5 weeks later after several emails, messages, and social media communication, the machine is now finally returned to them, I'm now waiting for my refund for my purchase. I hope I don't have to wait another 5 weeks for it!
Great service! After using TymePOS tap-to-pay feature as a Tymebank customer, we were instructed to switch over to iKhokha for further business sales transactions. Although the process was lengthier than I expected, the assistance and guidance I received were fantastic. Very satisfied to be a new iKhokha customer.
I have ordered from Loot.co.za several times over the years, and recently bought Windsor & Newton watercolours through them. Soooooo impressed with their service. The paint arrived at my gallery long before the estimated delivery date, and well packaged. Way to go, Loot!!
I ordered a Labelly label maker machine, and was very impressed and grateful for the timely delivery, and very excited to test it out! But to my great disappointment the machine's printing quality is too bad for me to use! Small text is not legible, and curved lines are blocky. Whether using an image or creating a design in their app - even when only using text - the printing looks bitmapped! I can't use this for my business, products, or even for personal use. Not only is the quality of the printing bad, but Labelly has not responded to any of my MANY requests since 30 December to return the machine and labels.

<p>I bought Telkom's LTE package from Buymondo without knowing how LTE works and thus not knowing that there is NO coverage where I live. For a month I've been struggling to sort out this problem. With BuyMondo I've sent back the router and simcards (my review & part of our conversation here: https://hellopeter.com/rewardsco/reviews/useless-customer-care-5- ********** ), but now they keep telling me that they're waiting for TELKOM to cancel my simcards. <br /><br />The debit payment for the router I can't use is imminent and I am not looking foward to the fight to get my money back. Telkom has a very bad reputation in my friend circles, so I don't know why I allowed the BuyMondo sales guy to convince me to buy a Telkom product in the first place. </p>

<p>This is my favourite restaurant in Cape Town!!! Amazing food, all plant-based. I never know what to choose because there's an incredible amount of options on their menu - including their yummy desserts! Well done, keep it up and I'll be back soon!</p>
<p>In a call from BuyMondo I signed up for the Telkom LTE internet (ref no tkmb ********** 6 ). After a week of struggling to get it to work I drove the 40km to George to visit the Telkom shop, where the sales consultant informed me that we have no LTE coverage in the town where I live! <br /><br />For the past week and a half I have waited, and waited, and waited with no answer - holding the line on their customer care call line. I've sent countless emails informing them about the problem and requesting them to cancel the contract and arrange collection of the modem and simcards. I also phoned Telkom directly, who promptly put me on the waiting line for BuyMondo again. <br /><br />I am getting very frustrated, as I'm now going to start paying monthly for a product that I can not use! It was never made clear to me what exactly LTE is, and that there isn't coverage in all towns. I assumed that it uses cellphone towers. Silly me, right? Silly to buy something from a call centre! </p>
