Purchased bird seed online. Delivery was attempted, but I was supposedly not at home. The seed was returned to the Umhlnga branch. Have been trying to find out where the seed is so that I can go fetch. Builders Umhlanga promised they'd get back to me on status - no feedback to date. I then logged the call via your national support team. To date, I've dealt with 4 different support staff all promising the same thing - that they'd get back to me ASAP. All I want are my 2 bags of seed (Order Number: 2022915026) - please 🙏🏼 Here is the last message from one of your team: Hi Sean, Thank you for your query. We took our Kia for its second service to the Umhlanga branch. Words cannot express how shocking the experience was. The car was given back filthy with oily finger prints on the main engine, the wheels, doors and windows. Oil was drippoing from the filter replacement onto the bottom pan and wasnt even cleaned. All left over filter replacments were simply thrown onto the passanger floor. The car was not even vacummed. Please avoid Unhlanga!!! BE WARNED!!!
For the past 6 months Ive been trying to get an up to date account of what we still owe the various creditors we are busy paying off via Debt Rescue. We have emailed enquire@debtrescue.co.za numerous times. That was the address that Marlize van Wyk from Debt Rescue provided us with. To be honest, I was unsure why she wouldn't have the updated information at hand when following up on payment? Its very difficult to keep on making payments when you have no idea of what you still owe. We must be approaching the final date very quickly now. PLEASE HELP US GET AN UPDATED RECON 🙏🏼
We have 6 pets on OnePlan and pay well over R2k a month o. Recent changes in their policies have resulted in a lot of the benefits for care been slashed. All of sudden claims are coming back unpaid or not valid for refunds. I cancelled this month. Be careful out there...watch when they change benefits mid-year because they can't plan properly. Im off to Outsurance.
We dropped our little kitty off to be spay. Arrived at 4pm to pick her up and the woman receptionist had no clue that my cat had been booked in. She finally found the entry on her computer and the first thing she said was that I needed to pay first! I was speechless. I never gave any indication I wasn’t going to pay. They then brought my little girl out in one of their carry boxes. I told them I had brought my own and they then argued with me that I had not brought one in. They went to back and checked and found it 😡. There was then one hell of a procession getting my cat out of their box into mine in the reception area. You can’t make this stuff up. I eventually get home and check her little vaccination card and they had sent even stamped it that she had been spay. NEVER AGAIN! Instead of trying to push dog food on everyone focus on what counts: service, love and care. Also why so many people behind that counter??? They don’t help you when you come in. it know she had been booked in at all.
