On the 7th May platinum life ask me to send documents which I did send till to date no response from them. This is totally unprofessional. Very time you have call them or email them ... They ask form proof of I'd and policy no... But first they did want to payout policy cause they do not cover cancer. But the policy is a cancer policy.... Cancer is cancer does not matter if is lung cancer. Breast cancer or any other cancer... Cancer is still cancer... And on top of that your premium is R1150 per month which. Platinum life deduct than they came with all sort of stories... Really now... This is the second time a had to put u on hello Peter. Seems its the only way you respond.. My mother in-law took out a insurance policy with platinum life 5 years ago ... For cancer. Now when it came to claim for cancer they have alsort of stories now. My point cancer is cancer... They family is true enough already that u get companies like this that wanna take advantage ...what is reason for taking out a policy like this where u paid your policy on time every month.. For what .... They totally unprofessional..... Submitted the death certificate but still unprofessional. ......
This morning I've try phoning old mutual insurance on this number ********** 000 the 1st time I was on the phone for 13 min without speaking to someone 2 nd time for 9min without speaking to someone what's the use of this call centre. .. This claim was submitted last year early December 2018 till to date the every same claim not finalized yet. I've being phoning @ emailing old mutual ...... Bad bad .... Ref no.
