NEVER EVER BUY A DEVICE WITH AN E-SIM SECOND HAND!!!!!! In my case the SAMSUNG GALAXY ACTIVE 2 Watch There is no support whatsoever and no hope if you want to activate and use the e-sim feature, Unless you are looking to open a contract. I Have sat endless hours on the phone with both Vodacom and MTN trying to get my e-sim working on my SAMSUNG GALAXY ACTIVE 2 Watch and linked to my prepaid account. I went into both stores inside Mall@Reds and were told that I need to phone customer care as they are not sure how to help me. So I then called customer care on both MTN and Vodacom and just got passed around from one department to the next to eventually after 3 days be told that in order for the e-sim to work you need to have an open contract with either MTN or Vodacom there is no support on e-sim for prepaid customers. I ported my CellC number to Vodacom for no reason and lost airtime, Minutes and data that could've been spared if I was told from the start that unless I am going to open a contract I am wasting my time. The Customer service is absolutely Horrifying When you phone 135 on Vodacom they don't even give an option to speak to a consultant I had to do it VIA TOBI. MTN on the other hand does have an option but you get sent from one department to the other and back again with an average waiting time of 15min of complete SILENCE there are times I'm not even sure I'm still on hold. So Before buying an e-sim product note that you will be wasting your time if you are not planning on opening a new contract. To me personally I am very very disappointed in MTN, Vodacom and SAMSUNG for not having support for prepaid on this.

Very bad customer service. I got my windscreen replaced by them and they did a very poor job. My windscreen is placed in skew and more to the driver side. The Rubbers have been glued on out of place and water is leaking into my car. They destroyed my plastic cover that gets placed by my wipers. When i contact them they keep making excuses and avoiding to have to come back and rectify the mistakes. Since of late they are ignoring me and not even answering my messages any more. it has been 2 weeks now and no success. They are quick to come and replace your windscreen and get paid but as soon as they are paid you get avoided. I will never suggest them to anyone they might be cheap but the quality and service of the job done is up too ****s. Rather pay a bit more to do the job properly at a qualified fitment company.
