I was lucky to have been introduced to Anthony & Wouter. They did an excellent job with EXTREMELY difficult circumstances and revived my trust in contractors. Anthony & Wouter, you have my sincere gratitude and respect! Well done!
This past Saturday, my Showmax subscription was cancelled without me requesting it. Upon querying this, I was told to go to Self Service and reactivate it again. I couldn't without selecting the option to pay for it. As a Premium Subscriber, Showmax is supposed to be included in my package. The second time I contacted Multichoice, I was told that Showmax is not a part of my package and I must pay for it. The third query I raised was to call then directly and speak to them in person. I was told that I am behind on my payments with an amount of R140 because I am no longer on Pricelock (I have a debit order that goes off at the end of each month. If the subscription amount changes, why don't they just deduct the correct amount???). Secondly, that they received an instruction to cancel my Showmax. Now, why would I cancel Showmax if it is free (included in my package). I NEVER cancelled Showmax. Can someone please assist as it doesn't seem that I get anywhere in resolving this issue?
<p>Promises, promises, promises. Why do companies make you crazy with calls to rub something off on you and when you decide to take one up and it doesn't work, BOOM! NO SERVICE!</p> <p> </p> <p>Since day one, the mini wi-fi I ordered coudn't connect. After several calls to the technicians, it was found that they couldn't find the fault. So I decided to cancel the contract and return the device, however that process didn't go well at all. Sending mails to the customer services, call centres, etc. mails were immedicately deleted without being read. Phone calls only produced promises with callbacks to collect the device. Nada.</p> <p> </p> <p>Deductions still goes off my account though. These I stopped from my side, but it's going to have an impact on my precious credit score :-(. Hello Peter? <p>Hi, I want to settle my personal loan and have been trying for 2 days to get hold of customer care with no success. I've filled in numerous requests for call backs - no success! If you are experiencing technical difficulties I'm sure you can make a plan to let customers know where to reach you?</p>
