You guys have a long way to go! I called two weeks to report an erroneous recharge and you couldn't reverse it, I called today to cancel a cash send voucher after my recipient lost his phone and YOU COULDN'T REVERSE THAT EITHER, COULDN'T EVEN GIVE ME THE VOUCHER NUMBER to ensure that I collect the cash myself so what type of banking is this in 2024?
App**** almost weeks ago already, all I'm getting when checking on the status of my application is the usual, "Your documentation is being verified, a consultant will contact you", basically the run around via phone, email and whatsapp. I seriously do not understand whats taking so long. Your customer service is appalling.
AF deserves a zero rating!!! I complained in January and I still have not been assisted, what on earth are you guys doing over there??? I need MY money, why is it taking so long to send a simple form? You lot are worse than most govt departments.
My request was very simple, I need to claim my provident fund due to retrenchment so please send me the necessary forms. On the 16th of January Surprise Methi responded to my mail saying hes not allowed to send members their statements, the employer has to request it on their behalf. I didnt ask for a statement, I'm currently unemployed. When I reiterated that I need a claim form he referred my matter to Karabo Magolo who then responded by saying that the funds had been transferred to a AFICA account, again, this is not what I asked for I need the funds transferred to my bank account. Once more my matter was referred to another AF department, mind you they both don't answer phone calls so how long am I expected to go back and forth with AF staff before my very simple request is processed?
Your network and customer service are disastrous!! I haven't had coverage in a week and I've reported it to your Facebook page but you guys don't respond, you don't even have a number on which we can call you but you continue to debit my account. I regret ever signing with you guys!!!!
I've been struggling to get assistance from Makro's online support team for weeks!! Every time I call I get transferred from pillar to post only to be placed on hold for 20 minutes at a time. Work on your customer service guys!!!
My cousin and I had to wait a full 10 minutes before we demanded to be attended to. 4 waiters walked past saying they had knocked off, including the bartender! What the hell happened to customer service????
