I did my upgrade online as Vodacom claims it is "free" yet I was still billed R150 for the upgrade.
I logged a query on 24/01 that I can't view my cheque account and can't make payments. This was escalated to IT department for online banking and said it will be fixed within 2 days. Today when I followed up they said they will escalate again and it will take another 24-48 hours. I have to pay R7.80 per transaction to make payments with my credit card because of this.
<p>I brought my car in yesterday for a flat tyre replacement. This was at 10h30. No communication on how long it will take. At 12h30 the car was still standing there without any wheels on, nobody workig on it. Then at 12h50 they realised they were closing at 13h00 so they quickly took the car for wheel allignment. When I left there was a noise in my car that was not there before but they were already closed. I came back at 8am this morning they told me its a topshop mountain thats making the noise and they will fix it. Again after an hour I asked how long it will take, they said they will get back to me. It is now 09h30, I am already an hour and a half late for work and still sitting here without any indication on when the problem will be fixed. I will never return to this shop again, I will rather pay more at another place than waste 5hours of my life for something as simple as a flat tyre.</p>
<p>I sent Samba an email in April requesting to cancel membership as I have moved, but in November they sent me a statement again and added a yearly fee. I will not pay this. I sent another email in November and they replied that someone will contact me, but still no one has contacted me and now they have added interest to that amount. Can someone please sort this out? </p>
<p>I handed in my phone for repairs on Tuesday. On Wednesday I received an sms to say the phone is ready. We drove 50km to get the phone when we got there they told us the phone has been blacklisted and they will phone to unblock it. I tried to phone the repair centre several times and no answer. We drove again today and they told me I can't take the phone because it had been blacklisted. Please get your systems in place. The phone was unblocked a long time ago and now blacklisted again.</p>
