This weekend we bought Omega 3 in a Pretoria Dischem, we drove to Middelburg right after only to find I bought the wrong one, in Middelburg I wanted to do an exchange from Salmon to Fish oil, in doing so I'm so disgusted with Middelburg, that Management said they want to look at the footage first before the exchange (Footage for what???) I had the slip, and the only product on the slip is the name, Vit Salmon, we got the exchanged product as well so I don't see the issue here. I am disgusted by Dischem, implying that I as a customer had done something ******* / wrong so they could check the footage. I'm still shocked by this experience - at the end we just took the bottle of Salmon and drove home - ons is nie lus vir *** nie.
Just DONT order from them please, waist of money and time. ETA was a month ago, still nothing
Ive submitted a Qualification check on Refcheck 7th May - the consultants (Jamaal) followed up the whole time with Institute Belgium campus. The whole offer process was on hold due to that check. When following up the 4th April - almost a month later the following email was sent from Nondumiso Mzimela - "Please note we have sent the verification through to the institution and have prompted for urgent feedback we are still awaiting" So i took the initiative in contacting Belgium campus myself for atleast a signed confirmation letter so that we can continue with the offer process. The institute advised a few hours after ive queried - "Please find attached confirmation of completion letter as requested" - "I ran a search on my mailbox and did not receive this confirmation request from Lexis Nexus for Candidate" So why are we paying these useless people to run checks if i can rather do it myself. (and after a month). Today marks 8th April - no apology email was sent to me or my company and we still have to pay for the released check. This is unacceptable! I wont suggest using them for anything anymore
This was a horible experience. We bought 10 meters elastic from them and they broke it up in pieces. Who does that? They were screaming for their workers that they must help here and there. Also when we asked for inners she didnt know what we were talking about the more the other worker explained to here no not the cusion the inners. She was just all over the place. Will not go there ever again thank you

Ons gaan sondag om medisyne te BESTEL, die vrou se nee sy sal ons laatweet sodra dit hier aankom, ons gan toe maandag Castel Gate Dischem toe om dit te verhaal net om uit te vind dit is nooit bestel nie, die supplier is uit. as ek hule was ander Dischems bel en hoor wie het stock en dit daar kry sodat ek as klant mos nou die meds kry. dit is n weeklikse ding wat ek heeltyd moet bestel ens, nou moet ek na 20 verskillende Dischems toe ry om te kyk wie het ens. hulle kon mos by ander kry???? kan hulle nie dink nie? is dit te veel werk? dan moet jy nie in daai lyn wees nie pop. Ek haat Dischem, goed is ook overpriced en like nie die diens by Castle gate nie, so dit is reg ek sal by ander plekke gaan koop. Cheers.
I had continuous blood draws for the last 6 months paying cash on medical aid rates, its small R 230 right, now when my husband and I went in for multiple draws (More than 1 tube) we asked the lady at the reception VERY NICELY can we please pay CASH for the draws cause we saved up for it and I DONT want to use my savings, to my surprise we get a claim from our medical aid that it has been paid out of our savings, I'm fuming cause its May and now our savings are up for the year. They can repay my money yes, but I don't care about that - People need to start listening to the patients, we deal with it financially not you. so please don't do it again Kloof Ampath, please listen when we request differently - we do this for a reason

How do these people operate, you need to come and fetch your staff, we are not obligated to take him to the taxi rank. </p> <p>He took half a day to fit 19 tiles?</p> <p>WE had to clean our own place, no plastic was set and everything was full of dust, our carpets were full of cement, they do not do a proper job, they refused to help my mother with the couch and left it outside. I'm sorry tile4u but I don't know the building industry but if you want to make a good impression on your side please get yourself organised, organise transport for your staff coz we pay a ****load of money for your service. Very unprofessional, i would not recommend this company to anyone in the future.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
