Left the property last year, they kept billing us electricity and water even though we were not in property. Been waiting for our deposit.
Opened an investment account with Old Mutual in December, we are in February now; the policy is still inactive.
What a horrible experience, paid them in full; fought with them for almost 2 months to have my bedroom suite delivered. Finally got delivered, but guess what; they delivered damaged goods. Delivery guy said they will replace the damaged one the following day; it’s now days; no sign of the delivery.

Claim submitted, approved, car taken to a panelbeater; collected the car, car still has faults, Claims Advisor: Solani Baloyi not responding to my emails...........This is frustrating.
