Horrible service never using MTN again to take up a contract

Pathetic Service
I ended my cell phone contract in January and did not use the SIM card for that month but you still debited my account. I queried this and you guy said you listen to the call between the retention agent and myself and you will provide feedback. I had to call for the feedback back and only to be told the call was closed because I was advised. Wow I requested for those calls are not to be told I must go to branch or send an email to listen to that call. Your service is pathetic to say the least I am never taking any contract with the company and you keep your number.

Missing item from online order
I placed and order last week and requested for them to deliver at my house, I received the order today but one item is missing. I did not even get an email to advise of this, please correct this.

Poor Service
<p>Please note Dis-Chem Centurion never answer there phone. I ordered medicine with MediEx Discovery I called the whole day to check if they received my order. I am so disappointed with the service.</p>
