Shelf bought is so yesterday!!! Definitely an experience here. From the moment you walk into the store through to actually getting to choose the outfit you want (not limited to just suits by the way). Harry and Clayton, and Grant (when available), are really good at what they do and provide exceptional services. I understand that every one might have a different experience, but every time I am there, it is exceptional. From the care to suggestions, they are on point. I always get my suits here and whilst for some it might be an expense, I see it as an investment (they offer free alterations for LIFE). A suit can be dressed up or down, so definitely worth it. They also make pants and shirts and what ever outer you desire. The factory staff put together your suit in a great turn around time and they go out of their way to make sure it is perfect (and they will get it perfect). So if you are in the mood for a fitted suit, and don't feel like buying a Hugo Boss or other, give them a try.
So I recently bought a Karcher SC3 steam cleaner. Whilst unfortunately, that unit did break down, it was returned and replaced with a new one (failures happen, not every unit will work). Have been using it for a day now and it has made cleaning a lot easier. Tiled floors are simple enough and it glides on over. Shower glass just as easy. The number of attachments included are enough for you get into areas that are a bit more difficult for conventional mops. Pro tip: upon initially starting it up activate the gun over a sink, to prime the device. The days of using a mop with rapidly dirtying water is over as well as un-earth friendly chemicals. Shout out to Karcher SA, Lisl and her team!!!
#BlackFriday Special from Coricraft was quite nice. Ordinarily would have given a 5 star rating, but continuously you see that lackluster website performance is the websites key drawback. Using the checkout feature, entering all details the last step was to pay however was continuously kicked back. Now, another terrible flaw is that you can choose to be an anonymous buyer but still have to enter an email address (whereby the system continues to register an account for you WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION). This glaring fact was made clear when upon being kicked back the first time, I had to now use a different email address as the first had been taken. Who ever is the solutions architect or software team please call me, I shall tell you how to properly architecture a system like this. As you can see the flaw is clear, if a system fails, you will have to continue to use "new" email addresses as the other is now magically registered. There should also be a feature to permanently erase your data! Please include this. I would love to remove the "ghost" accounts that I created purely just to buy the special on offer. A rather easy shopping experience turned out to be a farce purely because the software team have no clue how to handle throwbacks and failures.

Ordered a Memory foam pillow from this company using their online portal. As one would expect, the online service is up to scratch. Very simple to use.

Delivery is quite good as well, so much so, I doubt there was enough time to send me a delivery notice via mail before the item actually appeared on my doorstep.

Very happy with the product as well, a good nights rest!

After an initial period where they alerted people in the complex about the FTTH offerings, they began installations. Registered my interest on their website, confirmation of installation was then put through and a date received of proposed installation. Takes about a week.

The installation company they work with DAC were quite efficient, drilled through the wall and neatly layed the cabling into the apartment. Cleaned up afterward as well.

Once installation was done, YOU have to phone in to alert Fibrehoods, configuration is done remotely. Fibrehoods alerts your service provider (in my case WebAfrica that everything is done, they then arrive and install their router). Their ticket system is a bit slow, had to get them on twitter, but if they raise their support levels to that of WebAfrica or Afrihost then they can be so much better.

The period from registering interest to final installation in my case is skewed, as I had taken a rather long holday from decemeber to late january. At most, if I had been around, it would have taken 3 weeks from start to finish to get Fibre, no more Telkom!!!

Have had a good experience with them non the less.

Had ordered a bed, as one does, visited a store rather than phoning in. Very helpful service received.

My main reason for writing this is to thank the delivery guys, they were really amazing. On time and set me up quite nicely!
