I got mugged just after I walked out the doors from Mc Donald's at the Buzz Center. I immediate requested the CCV footage and got rejected because I needed a police case number. When I returned with the case number they refused to give me the footage. I could have notified the surrounding security companies with the vehicle registration by could not. Mc Donald's is not willing help stop crime.
Do NOT trust Taun Bewsher from Adventure Cycles to book any sort of holiday for you, He will take the deposit 2 to 3 months before your holiday, he will then require the balance 1 month before your holiday starts. 2 weeks before the holiday he will make a decision to move you holiday a month later because of COVID (Yip, he will decide on your behalf). The truth is he takes the money and does not book your holiday and we confirmed this with our destination. You then have to fight and threaten to get your money back. Please be careful when signing up with home connect. When you do not have Internet/Fiber you can log calls but they get closed without resolution. When you have to cancel the service then you will have to pay them a calendar month without the benefit of the service. They blame their service providers and leave their customers to foot the bill. The only winner here is Home Connect.
There is no action from Home-Connect with regards to Fiber outages with Vumatel. I have to log a call through Home-Connect. All the calls I have logged have been closed. I have called Home-Connect approximately 3 time every day. Tickets closed are as follows S200915001, S200914017, S200914011. I was warned about using home connect, I should have listened to the warning. No customer service form either Home-Connect or Vumatel.
Third world suppliers and third world service from Vumatel. Pay for services and get no service. Have to give one month's notice to change to better service provider but Vumatel cannot fix faults.
Total Service Failure. 1) Call center forwards you to a extension that is never available (voice Message) even if you ask to speak to a Bosch representative. ( ********** 600). 2) No parts for cordless drills. DO NOT buy a Bosch drill because the parts are not available even if the drill is still on the shelves in stores. Warning.DO NOT BUY BOSCH PRODUCTS.
