Do not list a private sale on this platform. You just open a hive of ****mers with weird names who try to get you to do a ‘vehicle history report’ which is part of a big ****. A waste of money and time.
Without a doubt Morclick is the worst internet service provider in South Africa. I live on a farm where we have no cell service and satellite is our only option. Morclick have NO phone service for technical support you have to use WhatsApp messages. We lost all access to WhatsApp a week ago and therefore can’t even access their support facility. It’s a complete mess. From a customer service perspective this company is atrocious. Hopefully Starlink will be available soon and we can get rid of this pathetic company.
Absolutely useless WiFi service. Do not believe in their promises of 24 hour access to WiFi- it is off as much as it’s on. 3 hours today between 16.30 and 19.30. Just when you need it. A rip off at R900 a month
I called the number on the Satellite King website and asked for a quote for satellite tv installation at my farm near Grootbrak. I was quoted R350 and I asked if there were any other charges. I was told just cables were extra at R18/m When the technician arrived he immediately said the installation will cost about R1000. When I said I was quoted R350 he said that did not include labour at R450. I refused and we settled on R650 for the whole installation. The installer was surly and aggressive throughout. Complaining about being late for another job, his work was sloppy, he never tidied up the cables, left the boxes the equipment came in lying on the ground. Altogether a very poor experience. Don’t use them!
This company passes itself off as an official Bosch appliance repair company when you Google "Bosch repairs". DO NOT use them. They collected my washing machine on 12th January for a routine service and to clean out the drum which was leaving marks on the washing. It is now the 15th of February, more than a month later and I have not got the machine back. in the meantime one person calls and says I need a part that costs R350 and then another calls (after I have given the go-ahead) and says the same part is R750 and can they proceed. Then you get promised delivery every day for weeks and nothing happens. They promise to call you back and never once did. I am on the verge of going to the police to lay a charge of theft against them. I can think of no other way to get the machine back!
Online buying is fine - when all goes well - but beware when what you ordered doesn't work and you have to return it. Particularly be very careful of ordering from sustainable.co.za! On the 12th of December I received delivery of a Ecoboxx 160 Portable Solar Power Kit for about R3200. I was going on holiday to an off-grid farm between George and Mossel Bay for 4 weeks and wanted the unit to provide light. On the 15th Dec we were at our destination and I charged the unit for a whole day. That night no power. So I charged it for another day - no power. I called sustainable.co.za and told them they had supplied a faulty unit and I needed a replacement urgently. Here is where the shocking service began - "sorry sir, there is a procedure we need to follow and first you have to return the unit for testing". Surely proper service would have been "we will send another unit by courier, please return the existing one as soon as you get back to Cape Town"? I was told there was no chance of that - and this is not the first purchase I have made at sustainable.co.za so I was already an established customer. So after 4 weeks on holiday with no lights through no fault of my own, I returned to Cape Town and drove to Westlake to return the product for replacement (no one ever offered to collect it or otherwise assist). A week later I am told that the workshop is busy and the unit will be REPAIRED as soon as possible. I do not want a repaired unit - I want a brand new one that I paid for. So in frustration I asked that the unit not be repaired or replaced but that I am now returning it for a refund. 3 days later no refund and I contact sustainable.co.za again. I am told that the unit has to be evaluated first before they can refund and the workshop is still busy! So if you are thinking of buying from this company take this as a warning that they care little about you or your problem once they have your money in their account. I certainly will never buy from them again and will be very cautious about buying this type of product online from anyone!
