If you are having issues with telkom move to Melon Mobile and you will not be sorry. Telkom must be the worst!
Telkom sent their technician here to test my router and their network. He show me that the D-Link routers lose network connection and cannot be repaired. He then took my old router and set it up. It works perfectly. I was instructed by Telkom many times to have the router replaced at a Telkom shop. The shop refused on 3 different occasions unless I paid as I did not purchase it from them. It was purchased from Telkom Direct on 15/12/2025. This all happened before the warranty expired. I am having to pay for a router that does not work and I am using my old router which was setup by a Telkom technician. They are refusing to give me the service history and also refused to escalate it to a manager.
Have been trying to contact FNB for the last 2 hours. Every time I leave a message and insert my id number the call drops. Got through to an agent twice and while talking the calls dropped. This using 2 different phones on 2 different networks. My issue is that I had successfully paid Takealot from my credit card on budget. I then went to fill my car with fuel only to find that I now have insufficient funds in my straight account so I had to use my overdraft. Please move the Takealot transaction to budget and transfer the funds for Sasol transaction from the straight account to my debit card.

Had to go to a Telkom shop as my router is faulty. Decided to go to Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark. What rude and arrogant staff so I walked out. Telkom once again cannot deliver like the past 30 years. Was asked by Telkom to take a contact as they have improved. What a sucker I am. Telkom, please use online solutions involving couriers and seriously consider changing your staff at Vaal Mall, Vanderbijlpark.

Be careful before you support this institution. Research what they do. I will definitely not support them.
Budget not responding. Tried to change address online, accepts and then hangs. Emailed the issues and rep**** with answers to their questions so that they can update the address as per their request. 7 Emails later and nothing has been done. Very frustrating yet quick to sell. If you cannot do it, let me know
I received an offer for a postpaid sim deal. App**** online and it would not accept my address yet the delivery has been approved. Tried to contact fnb but their system has a problem, I have no idea where this sim will be delivered to. The last time fnb ignored my address and sent my debit card to who knows who. It too another week to rectify. It is always very difficult to contact fnb, this is when I use HP. When I search for my address it is available on maps.
I have still not received Order 3055121575767846 and my online access has been disabled. Please advise urgently else I must assume the money has been ******. Outstanding since 30/5/2025.
