Vodacom is the worst company to do business with. They false advertise promotions and expect customers to pay for the promotion at the end of the contract. Then when you want to cancel the contract they take more than a month and you still have to pay. They are ******. Don't take contracts with vodacom. I have been with vodacom for more than 10years and every year it gets worse.
The worst bank to bank with. I have had alot of pain with this bank.
I was retrenched from my job. I have insurance with standard bank on my loans. They have now handed me over when the claim for insurance is in place. I ALSO HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY DEBIT ORDERS THAT WAS PAID BY ME AS STATED IN THEIR LEGAL DOCUMENT TO ME. STANDARD BANK IS THE WORST BANK TO VANK WITH. THEY DONT HAVE THE RIGHT PEOPLE DOING THE JOB. EVERYTIME WHEN I CALL IMBEIGN PUSHED FROM DEPARTMENT TO DEPARTMENT. NO ONE KNOWS WHAT THEY ARE DOING OR TOO LAZY TO DO THE JOB RIGHT.
I have been a loyal customer for many years. Never have i had such bad service from Vodacom. I have been trying to cancel a contract for two weeks now. Seriously Vodacom you need to get your act together. I have called so many times trying to sort this out. Call me to fix asap.
Does anybody that banks with standard bank know that if you log in to your internet banking , they do not send you an sms to say you have logged in. ??????????? That is a security breach right there for your banking account. that means anyone can now get into your internet banking if they have you log in details and you won't know about it. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I noticed that and enquired at the bank. the consultant told me she does not deal with the IT side and the query will take 5-7 days for them to fix. In the meantime you will be cleaned out and it will be perfectly fine. Standard Bank is a waste of time. I have not received any notice from Standard Bank to say this will be changed.
<p>I did an upgrade on my contract on the 10.11.2016 with vodacom. They only called me to confirm on the 16th a week later. It is now the 22.11.2016. I still did not receive my upgrade and no feedback from vodacom. I have been calling everyday for two weeks. No one can give me an answer.</p>
