Aura International Skincare Treatments
Being a woman over 40, I've been struggling with hyper***mentation. I reached out to Faeeza from Sandton Beauty Clinic and tried out her Aura International Range which has been amazing! I've seen a noticeable difference but more than this, is Faeeza's care, kindness and going above and beyond to help. She also regularly checked in with me to see how I was progressing which most beauty clinics never even provide! Highly recommended.

Terrible service and painful mole removal
I went to get moles removed- I had bought a voucher for 2 moles to be taken off.<br> When I arrived I was ushered into a room, and there was another lady getting a wax- I should have known then! <br> But before I knew it the 'dermatologist' was burning off moles (with an electrical pen and my skin was literally on fie!) <br> It was very painful and kept complaining - <br> so she called Precious her assistant over to blow on my back!! truly horrific which Is when I told her stop and that I was leaving.<br> but she kept going and 13 moles later! <br> Extremely unhygienic and just plain awful. <br> <br> I was actually in state of shock when I left because of the pain, and they told me to out Genion Violet on the open sore wounds! <br> Truly would not recommend it.<br>

Excellent customer service
I recently booked a pedicure at SBC and got there 5 minutes before time- However I had to wait at least 15 -20 minutes before I was treated. I voiced my displeasure as I had another appointment and Faeeza did everything she could to ensure satisfaction :<br> * allocated 2 therapists to me for the pedicure (and even helped with the treatment herself)<br> * removed left over gelish polish on my fingernails, treated my nails and painted it<br> * removed an ugly wart on my finger<br> * and waxed my toes and upper feet!!<br> * refused to accept payment for fingernail painting and wart removal<br> She really was excellent in making up for the late treatment and I left the clinic a very happy client.<br> <br> As reported by others, she really knows the meaning of customer service and is extremely knowledgeable and passionate in her field...<br> <br>
