I placed an online order on the 22 Feb 26 - to date no package has been received and the courier has updated the tracking as delivered. I sent an email to Ackermans info to follow up no reply. I ask my son to call as I am away and they say he did not place the order so he cannot follow up regardless that I had put his mobile number as the contact. I then sent a mail to customer care A Lufuno replies and asks me what is my query I advise him my package was not received After this an automated reply of your case has been resolved and closed. I then reply with I am not happy with the answer as I have no package I send all the info of tracking etc and the order number He replies asking me about receipts of the store purchase. Until now no package and no reply from Ackermans customer care. Bearing in mind I order monthly from numbers suppliers - with no issues I need my package or my refund

Nedbank personal loans First they advise I qualify for a payment holiday 3 months payment holiday granted Then I receive constant messages to say I am in arrears Then I make calls almost daily to clarify this matter Then in June I get a message to say a full installment is due but I’m still on reduced salary During this time right up until August the full amount keeps getting deducted and they have to refund Call them speak to a very inexperienced agent who says payment the holidays are now over insurance claim must be made - finally claim gets sorted which is not even half of the installment to be told my an agent that is what the assessor approved Then received an sms last month to say claim no longer available I had to make an arrangement for payment Why am I even paying insurance which I am confused about Why is the staff not aware of their internal processes Now I am liable to pay the interest for the payment holiday period which the insurance i am paying could have covered in the first place Asked to speak to a supervisor on numerous occasions not available Not to mention the airtime used to hold on for them and get very conflicting stories from agents all in one day
E wallet department Dear team My mobile number My I d number Two people sent me ewallets to my number one on the 8th July and the funds were drawn on the same day The next person sent funds on Friday and I didn’t collect on time and requested a new pin When trying to collect the funds on Sunday it said insufficient funds The second person advises that when they called the bank the first person reversed the funds hence Her money is not available to me And in actual fact it was her money that I collected Please clarify this matter to Me as I have been branded as a crook People are making all sorts of assumptions saying I’m accusing the second sender I called your bank on Friday I spoke to one of the consultants and she said that it is not possible When they called the bank they are telling them the opposite
