This was a horrible experience. They collected stuff which was not on the list. They left out items which was. They sent me a list if items which was not collected, and insisted that we took up extra space. They refused to give my stuff and forced me to make a huge additional payment eventhough there was no extra space used. When I pointed out that there was stuff on the list that they charged extra for and was not delivered thru refused to listen. All my stuff delivered was damaged and they took no responsibility eventhough I confirmed that they had insurance. Please do not use them.
We just experienced the most rude service from the manager. Her name is Kim. She literally shoo'ed at us and dismissed us with a wave of her hand because she did not want to listen. And all we were doing was buying tickets. Beyond disgraceful. Your HR needs to talk to this lady. You don't treat customers like that for no good reason
So the Bounce staff are jumping on the trampolines with filthy shoes. I sooke to Ray the supervisor who said his employers have directed the the jumping helpers wear shoes on the trampolines. I pointed out that we don't know where those shoes have been and if they are safe. Its COVID time and this company's regulations are dangerous to children. Also why can't everyone jump in shoes if thr staff can.also everyone at reception is so rude
This company is not trust worthy and frankly pathetic. They sold me 20 junk fitness watches which do not work. I emailed them, tried to call and went on hello peter but they are not interested in remedying the wrongly sold watches. Or even responding. My advise. Go to a shop and buy what you need dont be tempted by online looters with no accountability.
I bought Z10 fitness watches from takealot. It arrived i tried one and it does not connect to your phone. The watch works with a phone app. I emailed yakealot. Never got a response and now I have these wat he's that don't function as advertised and takealot won't contact to assist
I bought fitness monitoring watch from them and they do not work as expected. I does not give you the phone app which should be downloaded to use all the functionality of the watch. Even google goes not have a the app. The blue tooth does not connect too. This item is falsely advertised. No contract details for the company.
Such a unacceptable service. Contacted them. Took out a line. The installed fibre. I took out a service with mweb. Then I told that the service provider is mtn. I contact both companies and they have no profile for me. So I am left with an installed line and no internet. They vumatel can not assist. Would not recomend them to anyone.
I bought a brang new Range Rover Sport 2019 a couple months ago. From day one the car had multiple issues. The onboard screen would not work from time to time, sensors were not working,VERY bag burning smell from the car, crackling sound system, the list goes on. I brought it to the attention of my sales person, Nothing done. Eventually I spoke the sales manager and explained everything to him, He promised action over a week later I have not heard a peep, This car was the biggest mistake ever. I have never experienced anything like this from Mercedes or BMW. Even WV will take back their faulty units and a patch up job on such an expensive vehicle is not acceptable. I will never deal with this company again. Truly a bag experience.
Makro sells ****!!!! I bought a grass trimming machine from Makro Cornubia a week a ago. Told the sales guys how a needed the best machine, I have a huge garden in a golf estate, summer coming so snakes are popping up. Not safe for my kids. Use the machine and petrol leaks out of the engine part. We use it for less than 20 mins thinking it will settlement it doesnt. I pack it up to return. The store says during the holiday time. We must wait 14 days for the supplier to look at it. This should not be my problem if I buy something new that is broken they must take it back and replace it. Especially if I have given you the details. They are completely unsympathetic to all other considerations too. Dint sell your suppliers **** if they dont take back their fault machinery and rob your customers in the process!!!! Makro Cornubia worst service ever!!!! Horrible store with terrible personnel. Not my first bad experience with that store and their dodgy goods either.
I took out a contract with Vodacom. I now taking over 3 weeks for me to port from 8TA to Vodacom. in the meantime as a business person, Vodacom has left me with no phone and means of communication. How am I suppose to operate in this day and age. I have had a person in my office call into to them every day for 3 week to resolve this matter with no joy. So finally here I am complaining, justifiably. This is a **** company with no sense of responsibility towards customers. So disappointing.
