Good day Sizwe has gone bankrupt thus they are claiming from the members MSA and not the correct benefits. I had my entire MSA being depleted as they incorrectly used my MSA to pay for my optometrist claims. The claim was processed end of May as per the optical dept but Sizwe reversed the payment in Sept and paid from my MSA. When liaising with the consultants who are extremely rude-Tshogofatso, Ketty, they refuse to assist and disconnect the calls when questioned as to why they have incorrectly processed claims from MSA and not the optometry benefits. Numerous emails have been sent to the claims+queries+team leaders of Sizwe and no replies are given or feedback. Sizwe also pays out claims from members MSA for chronic and oncology claims which should have paid from the members correct benefits. Sizwe has no funds to settle claims thus they are using members MSA which puts members in a situation as their MSA is now being depleted. Pathetic service and ******* for *****ing from innocent people who pay high premiums for a service that cant be rendered properly.
I have registered with Intec for my 1st year on a diploma course and was scheduled to write my exams in Nov 2024 to which it was postponed. I requested for a re-registration for my 2nd year and paid all fees in full which totals to over R25000 which I had taken a loan to pay for and am paying this loan off on a monthly basis. BUT till to date, I have not received my study material. The agent-Fathima Ballim states she will escalate my concerns for a refund which is her usual response every time I do get in contact with her. She requests for emails to be sent to which no action has been done. Sumaiya Wilkinson was also helping until she stopped replying to emails. I even emailed Mr. Philip and Geralda Cloete who are the managers of the Academic dept and no responses from them either. I am a single parent and I am trying to complete my studies to get somewhere better in life so that I can provide a better life for my child but Intec *****s money from innocent people who want an education and dont provide the education to them. Some campus have closed down and yet funds are still being deducted from student's bank accounts as per previous responses on Hello Peter. This is ongoing and we all want our monies back as the company does have money which they have taken from all of the students at Intec and Damelin. Please give us our monies back as we need these funds to complete our education. Money doesn't grow on trees to be easily given away. People work hard to earn and yet companies like Intec and Damelin rob the innocent for their own personal gains.
I am a student with Intec College who re-registered for my 2nd year course and the fees have been paid in November 2024. Till to date, no course material has been provided. I requested for a refund and no response from the college. Everytime you contact them, the calls are never answered. Furthermore, the consultant or student support is not available. Intec was a renowned college but has lost its service and its pathetic as they take money from students who apply for loans to pay for these courses and dont provide an education. Where is the oath for providing an education to students? Where is the commitment from the college to the students? Their exam dates have been postponed from Dec 2024 to Jan 2025 and still postponed with no dates provided as they have IT issues. Consultants are working from home due to salaries not being paid to the staff hence staff have left the college and there is insufficient staff to run the college. Louse who is in charge of finance, does not respond to emails from students or staff regarding funding and reimbur*****ts to students. We want our qualifications which we have paid for and our refunds as this college is pathetic.
Hello. I registered with them in 2021. Cancelled my studies due to some personal matters. I sent my docs for cancellation in Jan and till todate.. it hasnt been done. Their call centres are pathethic. I regret enrolling with them.
Pathetic customer services.. Their accs dept is pathetic. They were debiting my acc on a Saturday if payment date fell over the weekend for 3yrs. This year they decided not to do debit orders on Saturdays and change without notification. When questioned they statw that the contract stipulates working day debit orders yet for 3yrs.. they were debiting on weekends. They changed to suit their convenience and evade the issue at hand. Notify clients so that they can make prior arrangements. Not change to suit yourself and your convenience. Plus they are quick to double debit an acc and place clients in financial situations. Pathetic service in their accs dept..
Pathetic service Their incompete courier service is useless. They go to the wrong address to deliver as they cant read a delivery slip of which address the order was to be delivered to. My order was cancelled due to their incompete drivers. And Takealot refused to accept accountability of their mistakes nor do they try to help retrieve my order. Pathetic customer and delivery service. Never will I order from them again.
I submitted my assignment and didn't get my results in over 3 months. Yet before it took a month to receive. Each time that I query it.. The tutorial dept will get back to you but they never do. According to their website.. It takes 22 days to give results and another month to receive the marked assignment back. This time it takes over 3 months. Pathetic services. I'm not sure if they lost it and I'm not redoing my assignments again as it took lots of time to do it.
<p>Hi</p> <p>I registered for a combo course but only got registered for 1 course. They didn't understand the course details and messed up my registration. It was so hard to explain to the staff about the course info as they are clueless and incompetent in that profession. Staff should be well equipped to deal with students on queries and registration of courses. Now I'm trying to get through to the college to rectify their mistake but it's not getting me any joy. They seem more confused than ever. Yet, all documents indicate the courses that I'm registering for.</p>
<p>I usually get paid like everyone else and once my salary is in the account, I get a sms notification stating my funds are available. For the past 2 months, I never received any notification of my salary and when I did try to access my funds, the money was not cleared which has never happened for so many years that I am working at this company. Its frustrating as you depend on that money to pay bills and have access to it. When I did enquire with the bank they gave excuses. Yet if payments were being made from my bank account, then they will stop it cause it will seem like a fraud case. How dumb? This is the 3rd month that my funds are not accessible to me again. I'm highly frustrated and angry as I need to make payments but I can't access my money. Pathethic banking services.</p>
