Where O where do I start??!!!??!!! I BOUGHT A NISSAN MAGNITE LAST YEAR MAY AND FROM DAY 1 THERE WERE ISSUES, brake problems, rust, light falling out, wheel sensors faulty, key card faulty and the list continues to grow.... I BOUGHT THIS CAR FROM NISSAN MILNERTON AND IT HAS BEEN BACK 4 TIMES ALREADY. I SAT WITHOUT A CAR FOR ALMOST 2 MONTHS AND NISSAN WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE ME A CURTISY CAR TO USE. I HAVE BEEN COMMUNICATING WITH NISSAN SA AS WELL BUT STILL THEY HAVE NOT RESOLVED THE ISSUE. THE BEST PART ABOUT ALL OF THIS IS....THEY INFORMED ME THAT MY CAR WAS READY FOR COLLECTION, I GO TO FETCH MY VEHICLE AND APON INSPECTION I FOUND THAT MY VEHICLE WAS SCRATCHED AND DENTED ALL OVER.....WHEN TAKING IT UP WITH NISSAN MILNERTON SERVICE MANAGER FRITZ, HE ACCUSED ME OF DAMAGING MY OWN CAR!!!!! WHY THE HELL WOULD I DO THAT I HAVEN'T EVEN DRIVEN MY CAR YET AND I GET ACCUSED...... SO ANOTHER WEEK GOES BY AND I GET MY CAR BACK.... LOW AND BEHOLD BRAKES STILL A PROBLEM, RUST STILL A PROBLEM AND HEY LOOKY THE WHEEL SENSOR MONITOR IS ALSO STILL A PROBLEM!!!!! MY CAR HAS 2800KM ON THE CLOCK.... THIS IS MY VERY FIRST BRAND NEW CAR AND IT IS THE WORST DECISION EVER MADE!!!!! DO NOT BUY A MAGNITE!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CAR EVER MADE AND I REGRET EVER BUYING THIS CAR!!!! NISSAN HAS GIVEN ME THE WORST SERVICE ON TOP OF ALL OF THIS.....
So last year someone creating an account on my name and the only reason why i picked this up was because i checked my credit rating. Upon checking my credit score i saw Cell C logged me as a bad payer! when contacting Cell C the lady informed me that i need to send through all relevant documentation which is what i did. Yet it has been a couple weeks and no response. i have called cell c multiple times and they have not helped me in fraud department!!!! i have sent multiple emails and also no response!!!!! all i want is my name cleared but clearly cell c doesn't care about their clients!!!!!! i will be taking my business else where due to the failure of customer care and cell c fraud department!!!! I am really ****ed off regarding this!!!!!
<p>I have always used gumtree as a source of income but lately no matter what i post gumtree removes it!!!!!!! Gumtree is the worst place to advertise you spend your time uploading and writing a good sales post and they just simply remove it after i chatted to two agents regarding the matter they still couldnt help me i am so mad at gumtree for taking away my only source of sale and income!!!!!!!</p>
<p>Where to begin.... the over all bad service that we received from K REAL Estate ultimately began with an incomplete contract that did not stipulate how many animals we were allowed due to this we got into the exotic animals which turned into a massive struggle a year after the owner knew about it. coupled with this we were give a 20 day notice to leave the premises due to running our own business which both the owner and estate agent knew a year prior. After informing the estate agency this is an illegal eviction notice as per our contract they are required to give us a 3 consecutive warnings over a 3 month period requesting we rectify the breach we then had to spend R10 000.00 on external lawyer fees to get the agency to make the eviction notice redundant. We also had to handle 6 months of building and maintenance whilst paying full rental despite having a verbal agreement with the owner k real Estate did nothing to support or fight for us in this period our vehicle and trailer was damaged as a direct result of the building work taken place on the premisis again without any assistance from the estate agency we now have to go to small claims court to recoupe our losses. Upon the renewal for the second year of our lease (which was 8 months after the contract was due) the estate agent in her own hand writing filled in 2 dogs after we signed the contract knowing full well that we had 3 dogs. We also had an agreement to split the renewal fees over the proceeding 3 months and falsely stipulating increased payments on the invoices, they then gave us a partial payment status on ITC and refuse to rectify once confronted about the matter. In the building period we were promised additional funds to cover the electricity usage by the owner which the estate agency made no effort to retrieve from the owner on our behalf. To Date we have only received R400 for 6 months worth of building. It appears to be a common practise with most estate agencies to be purely on the owners side with very little thought for the impact on the tenant. AnDinner lastly it took almost a full month to retrieve our deposit. This is one of the worst experiences I've had and will never recommended K REAL Estate to anyone!!!!</p>
<p>Momentum Short Term Insurance has the best customer service I've ever experienced and they are so quick to help out when our Bakkie broke down not only twice but three times they were there to pick us up within 30min sometimes even 15 great insurance company you cannot go wrong with them!!!</p>
