I ordered 3 dresses and paid. One dress was cancelled - no money back. The 2 dresses which were delivered , i had to send them back , no refund was issued. How do such businesses exist? Why are you ****ming us ? You do not even respond to any of the messages. One day all the tears we are crying for our monies will drown you..maybe not you but the people you love.
I went for a health check-up at Dischem Toti Centre on the 04th December. What an unfriendly health worker I met there!! She was looking at me like she wants to strangle me , soo disgusted. I greeted her , with a smile on my face - no she wouldn't return similar facial expression. Although she was joking and laughing out loud with the patient before me , as soon as I walked in she switched to gloomy mood. Even the way she was talking , she was almost shouting at me. Even the Nurses from Government health facilities no longer trat people like this , she must do better. Nurse Mngadi.
I was involved in a car accident - 31 May. My car was assessed and sent Auto Rust (Warner Beach). They did the fix. But since then I have been having issues with this car-same side where I was hit till today my car is still not 100%. They keep sending me back to Auto Rust or DBN south Toyota. Today is one issue , next day it's another. Vehicles carry our lives , my kids' lives. I cannot afford this risk I am taking now. Driving a car with strange noises. I think the Assessor did not do the good job , underestimated the damage , because as it stands , I honestly think the job that needs to done in this vehicle is still huge. Yet I am driving it..on the road everyday - ticking time bomb. I will write the same about Auto Rust , they get very annoyed when I keep knocking at their door with a different issue everytime. PLEASE HELP!!
I visited this place to ask about eye-test as they have a big sign on the door which says Eye test R100. Before even explaining to me about this they asked if I had medical aid (why?) said yes and brought my card to show. All of a sudden they were up on their feet telling me about huge AMOUNTS of money that I have to pay up R20 000 for eye test and a pair of lenses. I was cornered and pressured. They eventually decided they were gonna scoop R 700 from my medical aid instead of R100 that is written on the door. That is being dishonest. Today I got a call from them asking me about the lenses I was suppossed to collect- which I know nothing about. That is being disorganized, or is that guilt catching up with you. Coz really will I ever say no to R100 EYE TEST AND ALLOW YOU TO TAKE R 700 INSTEAD??? INSULTING MY INTELLIGENCE LIKE THAT!! TREAT YOUR JOB WITH HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. DO NOT GO SCOOPING PEOPLE'S MONEY. LISTEN TO YOUR CUSTOMER, NO MEANS NO. DO NOT PUSH THEM AND TRY TO HAVE THE LAST WORD IS DISGUSTING
I was involved in a car accident , my insurance had to arrange a car for me through avis , i paid my R2000 deposit for a KWID. I returned the car the following week , washed and filled up. I have not had my deposit since May. I was stressed during the ordeal I had to go through after the accident , my life was turned upside down. The car was not hired for pleasure people!! For Avis to hold my money for absolutely no reason it's pathetic. I need my money back , i want my money back. I am not rich , i have people to feed , every cent counts!!
This happened at Nando's Winklespruit , Kingsburgh at South Coast. This outlet is brand new , they should be trying by all means to impress and draw customers. So, I ordered full chicken and 2 sides , chips and rice. Firstly the music was too loud! The Cashier can barely here what you're saying especially with the musk on. The chicken was white. No sauce , just tasteless! then the rice was half cooked!!! no spice at all..it supposed to be spiced rice. It tasted like it was a left over from last xmas. Ok ,on top of that there did not give us any s****s to eat this rice..I didn't say I was gonna take it home for them to assume that I won't need a s****! I was furious!! I think the new staff need to be trained a whole lot more. They need to take pride on their jobs because this is not Nando's customer service I am used to. I am thinking Nando's drive through Amanzimtoti will be a perfect example if you need to see what excellent customer service is. They are the best
