I ordered a LTE wifi that was on special for R449 which was suppose to come with wifi extender, i did not receive the extender because they said they waiting for delivery. I waited didnt get any call from vodacom carnival mall. I went back to the store the indian lady said shell call me to come pick up the extender even now i am still waiting. I am very dissapointed in the service received with empty promises
I have made a withdrawal from my old mutual investment has been given round around from the consultants, I was told to send documents for proof of address and my id book I did that and when I phoned im told I must fill a form again. When I have waited a week for my funds even to this did not receive anything. I am dissatisfied and disappointed do not go to these poor service. They take customers for granted and will send you emails saying nothing to assist you as a customer.
My Bmw 1 series was taken on may month end and was told the vehicle needs injector rail and the injector rail was ordered by Bmw and said the turn around time will be 8 to 10 working days after two weeks of the vehicle being there I was then told that Bmw is saying the vehicle the injectors also and the vehicle was parked there since 2023 may 29, the Bmw is now saying I must pay for storage fees after we had to wait for the parts from them to be delivered. I honestly don’t understand why I have to pay for storage I am not liable for that since the car was there to be fixed but delayed because we had to wait for the parts. I am so disappointed how am I liable for that when the communication was not even directed to me while the vehicle was there.
Took my vehicle at Bosch for diagnostic n repairs in 18 April 2023, I did not hear from Bosch regarding the diagnosis I had to follow them around all the time by calling and they kept on promising to call but will never receive a call from them. My vehicle was then taken to Bmw by them without informing me it has been at Bmw from may till to this day have not got my vehicle they keep saying they will get parts to give to Bmw then promise me to call me but I have not received any call ever since from Bosch car Boksburg, I am really dissatisfied and disappointed it’s been three months without my vehicle. The unprofessionalism I’ve received it’s uncalled for, I feel undermined really they don’t care at all
I claimed for geyser at miway because it was leaking, the geyser was replaced but the geyser damaged the ceiling of which the insurance did not fix even to this day, I phoned miway informing them about the ceiling that needs to be fixed I wa told they will come see the damage n fix it. I have not heard anything from miway I am completely unhappy with their service. The geyser can’t leak without damaging the ceiling
Completely not happy I was phone on November 2019 for 10gb anytime data SIM card from cell c, the SIM card was delivered n have only used it for one month this month was surprised how the data got depleted fast I phone the customer care and I was told that my contract is 5gb day and 5gb night. I need all the recording from the first call I received from cell c, and want to cancel this contract or get the right service I bought,I was robbed clearly. I was told I will get a call back after I complained about the service till today have not received anything
