Mondo agent , contacted me for a sim card deal , I received the package with no paperwork whatsoever , now I have this sim card that i dont know what to do with it , no welcome package with instruction , no pin nr for the sim card
Experian is not updating my credit score and also takes long to update positive results. I am paying my account every month and i pay more than my installment but my score for the past 3 months it is sitting on high risk , where Transunion , vccb reports shows good , this is frustrating as I am feeling like they are holding my future in their hands
I'm extremely disappointed with Experian's handling of my dispute, which has been ongoing for over 3 months. Despite multiple follow-ups, my issue remains unresolved, and I've received no meaningful communication. The lack of response and update on my profile is unacceptable. I urge Experian to take immediate action to resolve my dispute and improve their customer service.
I am writing to formally follow up on a credit report dispute I submitted in February 2025 regarding a negative listing reported by Just Bridge Loans (Acc nr 097394) Despite the lapse of more than the standard 30-day resolution period, this negative listing still appears on my credit profile .Please note that VCCB have since resolved the matter in my favor.
I settled my loan with Just Bridge Loan in February 2024, but unfortunately, my experience with them didn't end there. In November 2024, they incorrectly listed me on the ITC (Credit Bureau), which has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. Despite numerous requests since January 2025 to remove or update their ITC listing, nothing has been done. I logged a formal dispute on 11 February 2025, but to date, there has been no change to my credit report. It still incorrectly shows that I am not paying them. I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of attention to this matter and the impact it's having on my credit score. I hope that others can learn from my experience and beware of the potential consequences of doing business with Just Bridge Loan. UPDATE: I hope the company will take immediate action to correct this error and provide a better experience for their customers
I paid up Just Bridge March 2024 and I received the paid-up letter, Dec 2024 they listed me with 142.00 when I queried this, they said that they had migrated from one external service provider to another and that unfortunately had an effect where old service provider had submitted old monthly files to SACCRA( update of ITC) not sure what is that .This resulted in duplicate and incorrect status updates, my question is why they are not telling the ITC about this and get it resolved quickly as they are messing with people's lives.
I am writing to dispute an erroneous entry on my credit report which shows an outstanding debt with Just Bridge loans. same amount was listed with Acqufin after disputing this Acqufin removed it and now Just bridge loaded as new account , what is this ? this is so frustrating and messing up my credit report
Letsatsi finance handed my account to BOC ( REF :LET14093) , I have been paying BOC and last installment is DUE this month, but Letsatsi is listing my name with the same amount theres no change or nothing showing that I am paying this account on my credit report
Lime 24 , debited my outstanding amount of 1600.01 on the 25 October 2024 but it still shows as unpaid on my credit report
Out of the blue my credit reports shows that I am in arrears of 142.00 owing this company, I called and they could not find my details on their records , how is this even possible , if maybe i owed then in the past they need to send me a paid up letter so i can log a dispute
