Once again ****med - ordered in November but haven’t received my order or any email confirmation . I can’t get hold of them .
I received the bracelet it’s for a man. But only fits a 2 year old arm - I paid R800 for a baby bracelet and normal printed paper that I could have done myself .
I placed an order end August , made immediate payment for my son for a bracelet - never received a email confirming my order , when I went on website and logged in no proof of my order when I tried to contact them no telephone number and no response to any of my emails nothing!!! It has now been 3 weeks and still no communication
Since my last comment here Teljoy phoned me ever so nicely and told me the man I spoke to was correct and they made promises etc etc… I told them to put it all in writing and then we can talk about me paying the overdue amount… since then I have emailed twice asking for feedback and I have received numerous emails and texts demanding I pay the full outstanding amount!! So they sweet talk a person to get you not to return here but they can’t follow through with their good service!!! Teljoy clear my account and give me a letter confirming it so we can go our separate way and never do business again with you!!! Do this or I am taking this to the ombudsman !!!
I am actually speechless. I have been renting a macbook from Teljoy, which was unfortunately ****** over the christmas period. i opened a case, sent through the case number immediately to Teljoy to notify them. they EVENTUALLY got back to me, asking for another statement, photos and i had to fill in a risk form, which i did, no photos were given as it was ****** out of the window. now they coming back to me, and saying that because they are not able to replace it, i have to pay them the full value of the macbook. WHY???? i can't get through to a manager, IF i get any communication from Teljoy, its customer service or accounts department that is not helpful, they rude and abrupt. i can't believe the treatment one gets from a company that used to be top notch!! i will be taking my query through to the ombudsman because i feel that they are treating me unfairly and almost as if i stole their property.
RCS is clearly all about *****ing our money and *****!!!! I opened a builders account and the one payment I made on their website they couldn’t pick up , I sent them the proof, from the website the proof from my bank nothing. So they defaulted my account. Then I signed up for a debit order with the lawyers (which is equally as useless) I paid the lawyers 3x and RCs kept trying to debit my other bank which fortunately was empty. Then I received a notice that I have failed to pay my account. So I sent the lawyers and RCs proof of the debit orders going off my account sent them bank statements and requested that they do a proper recon on my account to show my payments I have made before I finish pay it. They simply just ignore my communication and kept sending me threatening letters and today I received official letter I have 10 days to pay in total and they have now blacklisted me for not paying my account!!! This company needs to be shut down!!!
<p>I have to say, that i am disgusted with the service we have received from African Recovery Solutions. 24 Feb 2017 - their client and i were in a small bumper bash. the gentlemen that bumped me was such an upstanding citizen, kept to his word everything, however i can't say the same about the insurance company. they requested 3 x quotes so we took my car for the quotes, all 3 x quotes came back rounding by the amount of R27 000 to repair, African Recovery Solutions tells me they are only prepared to pay me R17 547.57 - i quote "We confirm that we proceeded to deduct 25% for the new parts quoted as the vehicle is a 2011 model and is not in warranty and as such new parts cannot be used to repair the vehicle." I then emailed Adrian back saying how unaceptable this matter is because, how can i be penalised for driving an old car, when my car was in good condition prior to the bumper bash, so , now because they think my car is too old i have to get a backyard mechanic to fix it , and for the rest of my cars life struggle with the rear of my car!!! Adrian didn't even bother to respond to my email at all. in fact when i tried to email them a month after that, and my email returned to me!!!! so my email was blocked!!!!!!!!!! i have no choice but to sign the agreement as the ombudsman never came back to me, so i signed it and sent it back, when i call to query where my payment is now, Adrian just simply tells me "as i told your husband, im waiting for the guy that makes payments "and i called now again, and this guy is apparently on leave!!!!!!!</p> <p>accident happened 24.02.207 we are now standing on 28.04.2017 and my car is still broken, my back lights do not work, so now im going to send this all to the ombudsman as enough is enough. is this because im a woman? because i drive a pathetic little Ford Ka that i dont matter??? this is unaceptable.</p>
<p>every single time i order something from Homechoice, i get bad service from the people, they are not able to tell me where my parcel is, their delivery is never on time or scheduled correctly. i recently received a torn bedding set, i called them to return the parcel, but because the PLASTIC BAG that i received it in (the courier bag) is torn and i threw it away, i have to now see to it myself to have this thing returned to homechoice. when i called RTT which is there courier service to arrange this, they said they are not able to as Homechoice has to arrange the pick up... so not only do i have to pay for their damaged goods to be returned to them, which i am completely prepared to do seeing that i have no other choice, they wont even assist me in arranging a courier to do it. i have written emails, which have been read but ignored. i have now spoken to a customer supervisor i blieve her name is Zoe, and she was as unhelpful as what the rest of the staff is. i received my statement, they are charging me for this bedding I WILL NOT PAY MY HOMECHOICE ACCOUNT ATT ALL UNTIL THEY SORT THIS PROBLEM OUT as this is robbery. im paying for a company to disrespect me, give me horrible service and bad products</p>
