Unfortunately they were the only place in my area that I could find who does big metal ring binding on paper manuals... But there my troubles started. Wizardz in Tygervalley bound 25 manuals for me and for months afterwards, I had to keep returning the manuals to be re-done, as the pages kept falling out. Recently, I took two manuals back to them and the service was atrocious!!! First, the one guy in the shop ignored me and went to stand in the back of the shop on his phone. After about 5 minutes waiting, I asked him if he could help (there was no one else in the shop), he said he was doing printing (but the printer machine was doing it, not him!!). I asked him if he got the time, if he could bind in three new pages for me into 2 manuals and left. About 2 hours later, I got there and they told me they couldn't do it, as it would mean the have to put in new wiring. I said to the woman helping me that this isn't a problem and I will return 30 minutes later. Got back later and the pages were inserted and bound IN THE WRONG ORDER (back to front). All the pages were numbered, so if she cared at all, she would have checked the page numbers. I was in a super big hurry, but told her to reprint those colour pages and re-bind it - at their cost. She has such an attitude and then did a half-assed job to cut the same pages (no reprint) and give me the manuals back STILL bound in the wrong order! I told her that this is **** work and left the shop - they still charged me R 110 for the two new metal binding!! She had such a **** attitude and I will NEVER go back to them. She back-chatted when I complained about her **** work. Luckily due to this horrible experience, I was forced to find a lovely shop in Century City that also does the large metal binding. Goodbye useless company - you seriously need to work on your customer service and satisfaction.
I see plenty of reviews for this useless company. For many years, I have been an owner in Burgundy Estate and for many years I have battled with this company. Their service is so sh@t, you even think posting on Hello Peter will not help… They are absolutely run by a Mafia and the list of transgressions is endless. If Rabie and developers say jump, they ask how high. But now their uselessness has actually affected our property and our property prices. They are allowing Rabie (I think it is Rabie) to set up a DISGUSTING, messy, noisy building storage site right next to us. It is noisy 6 days a week and it is the place where Rabie stores all their scaffolding and stuff for their building projects, so it is NOT going away. It is a permanent dump site of Rabie’s junk. And we live right next to it and have to put up with tractors, bulldozers, workers shouting and sewage pumped out every Friday. RIGHT NEXT TO OUR HOUSE!! And when I complained to Marite about it, they said it isn’t their business, it is the owner of the property who can do what they want. And when I asked the useless woman IF SHE CAN ADDRESS IT WITH THEM (as is their job!!), she simply rep**** to all my follow-up emails that my complaint is noted and nothing else. And NOTHING is being done to follow up or fix the problem. They built a doggy park, but the lock on the gate is busted and the surface is so uneven, you break your ankle if you walk there. The common gardens look like sh@t. They kicked out a fantastic estate security company to replace it with their buddies. BUT THEY CHARGE YOU ridiculous levies for NOTHING. If you buy/rent in an estate - and if Marite manages them - RUN!!!!!!!
Oh my goodness - want to lose your money quickly!!! Order from this company! I ordered 'leather' handbags from them for R 2000 and I got cheap **** vinyl bags probably costing R50 each from China! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! Their website looks very legit, but the minute I ordered from them, I knew they were a ****.
Don't go near them! They are ****mers and the 'leather' handbags I ordered turned out to be cheap vinyl disgusting bags I won't even use as a shopping bag. BIG TIME ****MERS!!!!!
<p>After SEVEN phone calls to SEVEN different 'helplines', no one was able to assist with my query (they kept telling me I had to call my actual FNB branch) and after speaking to the 7th person on yet another FNB helpline, he told me that you cannot call any branches of FNB directly. They do not take phone calls at your FNB branch, you have to speak to National Helplines. ***? So first of all I am given 5 different helplines to call, but they all turn out to be unable to assist, because I have to phone my own FNB branch, but my own FNB branch is unable to answer their phones, because they do not speak to the public!!!!! So, after about R 150 in phone calls, my R85 query I had, has still not been resolved and I was still not able to speak to anyone who could or was willing to go out of their way to assist in any way. Just kept passing the buck. They want to make the buck, take your bucks, but also happy to pass the buck between all the different departments, helplines and agents. And still my query has not been resolved. </p>
<p>SEVEN months now I have been trying to change the bank details where my payment gets taken off from. SEVEN months I have been getting the guarantee from NINE different Telkom workers that it has been changed. SEVEN months they STILL take the money from the old bank account!!!!!! THIRTY minutes average per month I spend on the phone with some idiot at Telkom assuring me that the bank account details have been changed and the money will go from the new bank details. GUESS WHAT, it still goes off the old account!!!!!!!! This is by far the worst company in the country. Just phoned them again ON MY MONEY, and they kept me on hold for 25 minutes - so I had to hang up. </p>
